I went to the Home Depot on highway 50 to look at refrigerators and associate AltreciaTucker made the experience so amazing. Everyone in the store were very polite

I bought a washing machine this month and the experience was explendid.

I normally hate going to a hardware store but the employees (Panos, Ruby, and Leslie) made the experience of buying a grill and Christmas decorations actually pleasant. I'm shocked.

Each and every time I go to Home Depot I feel a sense of accomplishment. This is so huge! Feeling accomplished is rewarding and self gratifying.

I just want to give a shout-out to Ms. Altrecia Tucker who made my shopping at Home Depot such an awesome experience. She took her time explaining the appliance I purchased from her and made sure I was taken care of such as providing a chair for me as she noticed I was not able to stand for too long. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond to cater to her customers. Thank you!

We had been to several appliance stores looking for a new refrigerator and had no success. We stopped at Home Depot #0266 just because we were close by there. Did not expect to find what we were looking for. We were very pleased to find exactly what we were looking for, Samsung 22 cu. ft stainless steel. Our appliance specialist was amazing. Great experience all around.

find an employee here to help us. I was unfamiliar with the layout of this store but with the stellar assistance provided by Mishael & Savannah I was in and out with the items I sought in a timely manner.

There was an employee who had nothing to do with my purchase of a ladder not only told me what aisle to find it, but on my way out I saw the same employee who helped me put it in my car to make sure it fitted

I am severely frugal and it takes me forever to purchase anything, especially an appliance. I got such great service I bought a stove and it will be delivered in 5 days even though it is Memorial Day weekend! thank you!!

This is the only Home Depot that I trust with my large orders. The ProDesk staff is ABSOLUTELY amazing! If it wasn't for Mary, Michelle, Tanya, or Ruby, I would not be able to complete my construction work. These ladies need a raise, ASAP!

Leslie is the 1st person in the 8 years that I've been doing pay by phone that ever mention the survey to me which is awesome and she helped me tech with no issues !!! great job Leslie!!

Not helpful or knowledgeable associates. They ignore you as they walk by. They avoid eye contact or acknowledging you. They don’t have enough product knowledge. Chaotic place at customer service desk. Cashiers are unaware of their behavior around customers. Not professional. Loud cashiers. Not a customer-service-focused store.

This store is really organized, clean and the staff is great! Leslie helped me with an exchange and it was the easiest process ever. Highly recommend this store.

I've been shopping here for years and I notice a new vive and attitude in the workers who actually seem to care about customer satisfaction. Congratulations to whoever has provoked this change. Keep it up..

I don't like Home Depot at all. This store is the worst. Finding an employee is impossible and when you do, you have to interrupt their conversation to ask for help. It's like pulling teeth.

This store is closer to my residence so I use it more for home purchases. I use the stores in Oviedo and on Alafaya also for work and personal purchases. The layout of the stores are completely different and the one on East Colonial has a better layout and flow than the other two. Just a personal preference, but I often have to use the Home Depot app to locate stuff in the other stores vs. this one.

Money was collected from my bank account for an item that was supposed to be in stock. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that merchandise was out of stock but at the same time the customer associated instructed me to go to another store where she ascertained the item was there. Lazy people!

The employees were so nice and friendly, I mean they went out of their way to help me with the crazy situations I needed help with. I definitely recommend this store.

I purchased brand new Samsung appliances in March 2022 and spent close to $4K. The washer and dryer was recalled and defective. It took Samsung months to reimburse me for a product that was 2 months old so I can repurchase a new washer. 2nd washer was delivered and problematic as well with water leaking g during wash cycle and damaging my new wood flooring. The management was amazing and I now 10 months later have a new LG washer and dryer. I will NEVER purchase Samsung appliances and will make sure to let everyone know!

Both IRYNA, the store manager, and DANA, the desk clerk, helped us purchase 20 poinsettias at a greatly reduced discount in order to afford the next size up from the ones that were on sale that we were told on the phone were there in quantity, but when we got to the store there were none to be found, and we had driven a long distance to get there.
