I had our fence replaced in our backyard and needed to buy enough supplies to do that and Home Depot had everything we needed at the store and I didn't even have to go there to get it . We ordered everything from the website and had it delivered right to the house .

ONE EMPLOYEE HELPED ME FIGURE OUT HOW MUCH CEMENT AND WHAT KIND I NEEDED AND LOADED IT IN MY CART FOR ME AND THEN TOLD ME TO HAVE A DREAT DAY. ANOTHER ONE HELPED ME FINED A CHAIN THAT I NEEDED AND A LOCK FOR IT. THEY DID IT ALL WITH GREAT SMILES AND MADE ME FEEL LIKE THEY CARED ABOUT ME.

Ive purchased multiple more expensive items from this home depot and had them with missing parts or damaged. Its happened with a set of solar yard lights, a gas blower, a weed eater and most recently with a window a/c unit. It seems like they are taking returned damaged items and just throwing them back on the shelf for other people to buy and deal with. It is rediculous. I actually used to work at a different home depot and we never had issues like this. And if we did it was few and far between but it seems to be a repeat occurance at this one and im done shopping there. It is a major incovenience to get something and discover its broken or missing parts while your using it or setting it up and having to repackage and return it. After which, it seems, they just stick it back on the shelf for some other unfortunate customer to buy and deal with.

There's never anyone to help you. When you do find someone to help it seems to me they are overwhelmed or checked out mentally and wishing you weren't needing help. The paint department is especially bad. As well as the garden center. There are a few gems in this store but they are far and few between.

I am always greeted with a smile

I made the wrong wood purchase yesterday, my fault. Today I found the same guy, JOEL, or at least that's what his apron said. He was kind, patient, thorough, and double checked his measurements. Home Depot did not have the size lumber I needed, even with cutting it. So, Joel and I brainstormed how to fix my issue. It required purchasing a tool I didn't have but he helped me to solve the issue without having to go somewhere else. *The wood couldn't be ordered either. Appreciated his help and didn't have to wait long...less than 5min each time.

I am an individual propery owner that has occasion to remodel a house after a tenant vacates. I am going through that process now. Terry Sanders, Pro Account Sales Specialist, walked me through decisions for choosubg Home Depoi merchandise. Ask for him. He is an asset to Home Depot.

Needed help and there was no one there at the time that could help me

I called about a clearance tool box I was looking for, after failed calls to other locations. Daniella, in Customer Service personally went to look for the items in inventory. She found them at the top of a storage rack after searching for some time. By that time, I did not have time to get to the store before closing. Daniella was kind enough to hold them until the next morning. The next morning, Daniella helped me to inspect the items and found several had the locking drawer bar missing. She graciously allowed an additional discount for the damaged boxes, and then loaded the tool boxes into my vehicle. With my disability, this gracious kindness and assistance was greatly appreciated. I was so impressed and appreciative of Daniella's true "customer service" in every respect from the time she took my phone call until she personally loaded my sought after items into my car. Daniella is a true ambassador of Home Depot's standard of providing quality customer service.

This Home Depot is great! They have a huge selection of all kinds of building supplies, and the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in a long time. I got a better deal than I was in expecting with my PRO account.

Went to find a product and didn’t find it. When I asked for help, no one could take the time to come to me in person to help me find what I was looking for.

I went in on a mission to buy the artificial grass for mu bedroom. Other stores didn’t have it in stock, but this store did. Not overly crowded lots of employees walking about being helpful and greeting. Also love the food that was outside at the exit.

Very nice and helpful people at this location! Always seem to be smiling and having a good time at work! I will always keep coming back to shop here!
