We bought a Christmas tree and 4 large wreaths. Staff was available, knowlegeable and friendly.

I was looking for certain types of screws to hang shutters in to mason. Gary helped me and actually corrected what I was planning to buy and informed me what to actually buy.

This is my go to store for home improvement items. Everything from nuts and bolts to Propane.

I was shopping for my business and home. Had awesome help from pro desk, flooring associates, and girls in kitchens department.

Customer service is everything the night that I visited I had excellent customer service from every staff member I encountered

Great store in which to shop. It is clean and very well organized with friendly staff.

Every time I walk into the East Hanover store I am greeted and asked if an associate can be of assistance. They will stop what they are doing to help if I have a question (or even look perplexed) and will make sure I get everything I need in a timely manner. Even the cashiers are wonderful and friendly and cheerful!

I ordered stock blinds. Told my order was complete. It wasn't. Came back next day when I was told order pulled and complete. It wasn't. Took me 2 hours to get my own order together. Then rented truck. Was told $129 for 8 hours. I rushed back. Turned the truck in not to be charged another $129. Found out today, the rental is for 24 hours for $129! Ridiculous! No one knows anything. Not a manager in site.

Bought plants for my office. Great quality and last a very long time. We haven't needed to replaced most until Fall.

We are remodeling our kitchen and bathroom. We received helpful advice from the design specialist Alex. She was very knowledgeable and professional. We also received great product service from Nore. She was very friendly and helpful. Great customer service from the East Hanover HomeDepot.

I have had several visits over past month. I found everything I needed to complete my projects, from lighting, electrical and garden. Associate Kwanique was especially helpful. Knowledgeable, and helpful young man.

Virgo mulch.3.33 a bag purchased 30 bags and was charged $3.95 did not notice till I got home since purchased other items.Not sure what happened but I got 10 more bags from Parsippany location today at 3.33 a bag.

I hate to come to this store, every time I come there can't find the items even they are showing in stock on their website. can find staff help, or just fool around...

Store is horrendous. Nothing is down stocked. Employees know nothing about products. It’s very sad. Home Depot is a monopoly so no where else to go. It’s an American disgrace

Home Depot East Hanover NJ store has eliminated self-service there for no good reason. They have taken scanners away from customers being able to use. Self-service is supposed to be for faster, no touch checkout. It is now actually slower than a normal cashier since one staff person has to sequentially check out multiple customers. Yesterday they had two self-service check out lanes closed, and one person manning two customer lines. Self-service there is now a magnitude SLOWER than normal cashiers since you cannot checkout yourself and have to wait for a store associate who is attending to multiple lines of customers. Brilliant idea by the manager there. NOT! No other store in the Home Depot system does this. There is no logical sense to it. This issue has been raised to Home Depot executive team, and they have taken NO action on this complete non-sense to remedy it. Home Depot needs a new Store Operations executive that can actually oversee the stores and align policies the same across all stores. It you are in a hurry to get in and get out for a supply part, AVOID going to East Hanover NJ store. No self-service there.

Why is self checkout now basically like going to a cashier? Self checkout desperately needs to be updated. It’s slowed down a lot, and is less convenient. Apple Pay needs to be installed at all checkout/ cashier areas. Time to stop dragging feet on that (not sure what the hold up is). Also, all four kiosks at self checkout need to be kept open. There are now typically always 2 kiosks closed, which I suppose is due to the new system of having an employee scan items, which absolutely defeats the purpose of SELF checkout. If the company doesn’t want self checkout, then just get rid of it, or refurbish it, and make it more shopper friendly. Right now, it’s a senseless mess.

Sonia the cashier was terrific. I bought a shelving unit and I am so happy I did, thank you Home Depot!

Ria in the flooring department was very helpful. She is knowledgeable and guided me to make good decisions for my project.

I went to exchange two propane tanks. The employee outside was very friendly and helpful. She told me where to go and what to do. Checking out was super fast and convenient. The employee even thanked me for my service after I utilized the military discount program (thank you for that Home Depot, every little bit helps!!). I go to this store all the time & the experience is ALWAYS positive!! THANK YOU!!!!

Employees will just lie to your face so they don't have to deal with you

These bulbs provide exceptionally bright, color-enhancing light. At 1155 Lumens, these bulbs bring out the brilliant colors on the screen of my desktop computer and everything else on my desk. I cannot recommend these bulbs enough!

The store is conveniently located have everything I could possibly need for all my projects, the store was well organized and signage was clear. Associates, were friendly and knowledgeable, and quick to offer assistance.

having an issue with I.D. Me; which i think Home Depot should get rid of and go back to having the veteran show an identification card instead. Ms. Allen at the cash register was able to accommodate me which is always appreciated

The cashier needs to be fired for not helping me during my purchase. She was talking to another person the entire time and "checking" me out. She was beyond disrespectful to me and needs to be held accountable and fired. The staff in general are lazy at this store and not helpful at all.

I went in for plumbing supplies and water softener pellets. The plumbing aisles were clean. Clear and well stocked. After getting what I needed from plumbing aisle the end cap had all the bags of Softener pellets right there stacked high,,, so I avoided bending to lift bags Great oversll trip to the HD
