Best Home Depot I ever visited every costumer from return/customer service was very helpful, but Doug was the most exceptional, he went above and beyond to help our every need, if you visit this location definitely if your not having a great experience this guy will turn that around, but over all the professionalism and customer service of this location is top notch. I live in San Fernando Valley and will definitely be coming back just for the service.

Overall the store was great we found everything that we needed. also I wanted to Thanks Maria at Pro- Desk for her fine customer service help.

Great customer service at pro desk

If you want to go to one of the cleanest Home Depot stores in OC, then this is the store. If you want help from the HD workers, then this store is not for you. Nothing but lazy employees, really sad. This store is in one of the richest areas of OC, to bad the employees have no idea how to provide service. HD used to be a great place to shop for my business, not anymore, back to the lumber yards for me...

All staff in this store are very professional and kind. I really enjoy the shopping experience in this store.

These are large stores so it is always important to me that there is someone available to help me locate what I am looking for. I have always been happy with the service here. They always stop what they are doing to walk me anywhere in the store to get help as well as have someone directing the customers to the fastest and available check out.

FOR SHOPPING IN THIS AREA IS GREAT AND YOU CAN REACH ANYTHING YOU WANT.

This is by far the cleanest, friendliest, best experience store I have shopped at. Great service all the way!

Customer service is excellent at this Home Depot. Louise and Silvia were professional and patient and took care of my transaction quickly.

Clean store and well organized, but the staff (3 different salespeople) can be incredibly stupid when asked where things are located. I got sent all over the store when I asked for a ceiling fan switch...

The return desk has a history of challenging your returns at this store even if you have not used the item, and have the original receipt. I would suggest shopping at other stores that hold themselves professionally. We all have to purchase items and return some items if sizes do not fit. I found the return desk staff tonight condescending and difficult to work with. Yes my return got handled, but Brandon stated I didn't need to look at my phone while I was pulling up the Home Depot Receipt from a Pro Account. I just needed to sign the screen. No one was behind me in line and it was less than 30 minutes to closing.

I love to go to this store because the employees are extra friendly, especially the cashier Maria. She is always friendly and helpful.

Thank you Home Depot for Veteran parking spaces and a military discount. Thank you James, Veteran Shipmate! My new dewalt tools for electrical work were stolen, my wife bought a replacement impact/drill set replacement for me as a surprise. She had a military dependent ID and we needed the discount for the unexpected expense because we're a blended family of 7. It was a great deal for a great tool line.

Stacy, who is an assistant manager I think, is very helpful. She also treats other employees with kindness & respect.

The Garden staff (Maria) was very knowledgeable and helpful when assisting me with making my plant selections. She gave me pointers on how to care for indoor plants and what fertilizers to use (for orchids in particular). Great store experience!

Staff is very attentive and sought help from others to assist the customer's situation. Not everyone is an expert in all home improvements but few are experts in their specialty. All will brainstorm various solutions to your home improvement problem and the consumer will decide which solution will work the best. Store is very clean and well organized.

Joseph Landry and his associate in the Equipment Rental and James in Gardening - knowledgeable and friendly. They made the shopping experience fun and memorable. They addressed customers even when busy. They were quite patient and went out of their way to answer my many questions. I appreciate their taking time to show me the right techniques to sharpen my tools and care for my lawn. Definitely will return because of these employees.

If you go to this place and trying to find a washer, dryer, or refrigerator, or any other things but need someone to assist you, DO NOT ASK AN ASIAN OLD MAN FOR HELP. Went to this place at 2PM to find a washer floor tray. My friend and I went to the area of washer and dryers and asked an old man where we can find that. I asked, "Excuse me, are you available right now?" he said yes, then I said "I want to find a tray for washer, it's ..." he then lost his attention and pointed at the way and said "fifty-three" by interrupting my talk. I felt offended, but it was ok so I went find it myself. Then my friend wonder is there any other sizes and if we can find someone from HomeDepot to help us install it. She went back and ask that man for the issue. Then something interesting happened. That old man's reply sounded like mockery or sarcasm. "Why not let your boyfriend do that for you." "Different sizes? No we only have one size for that. You see?" We pick two trays from different positions and compared and noticed they do have the same size. Then that old man smiled and said, "You are so smart." I was a little angry so I said "thank you that's all I need" and just wanted to leave that rude man. He continued to talk behind our backs as we walked away, "You need to learn new things here. Don't ask everybody to help you." I want to point out other assistants like the one at the ladder area. He was so kind and patient. The women working at the curtain area was also very willing to help. If I didn't get help from them, I'd simply give this store 1 star. That Asian old man is the most horrible creature I've ever met, as he is the first one that makes me feel I'm discriminated as a woman who doesn't know much about those parts, AND maybe as an Asian (my friend is also Asian and she doesn't speak English very well). Again, if you want someone to help you in the store, do not ask that Asian old man. He is SMART, he knows everything, he is busy helping our president make America better, he does not have time to assist you and even think you are an idiot.
