The plants i buy here are beautiful and they do not disappoint.

Bought the cheapest lawn mower and it was still $300.

If your an expert or beginner. Home depot has the plants for you. And they have knowledgeable staff that stay in the department and are full of answers.

I always get great service and they usually have everything I need.

I had great help and it's great to see the helpers walking around trying to help with folks buying stuff and helping at the self check out. But I love seeing the smiles and happy faces so keep them smiling and greeting folks.

Why is Home Depot in Lubbock, Texas asking me, a resident of Baltimore, Maryland about my recent in-store shopping experience? Was someone there impersonating me? Who in Lubbock is pretending to be me and shopping at Home Depot? I'd like to know.

I love the selection of products at HD. It's normally very difficult to fund an employee to help with questions. I have to keep my expectations low to avoid frustration.

Through the years I have purchased many items and have always been happy with the service.

Came in to drop off extra materials and ended up shopping the Black Friday event , Found lots of deals!

Tim, Taylor, Elisa, Josie, Val, Victor, Hondo, Gene, Darius, just about every employee that's helped me and I can't remember all there names at once, have all been extremely nice, helpful, dependable and knowledgeable in all instances I've had a interaction with them. They are definitely a great staff and make it a enjoyable experience. I don't like how they cut back on surveys and it seems like I get one once a month. I know other people get them and either don't fill them out or bomb it which affects the store and it's hard to get the scores back up. I think they should send more than one a month

An employee named Latrisha went out of her way to help me with my project in the Plumbing dept. She asked plenty of questions and answered all of mine while showing me where all the parts were located and went above and beyond to check stock in the back for an item that was out of stock on the floor. She is the kind of employee that drives brand loyalty --

The employees at this store need better training. I ask employee 1 a question about where an item s located. While employee 1 was walking with me there (because they were unsure of the location of the item), they were stopped by another customer. Employee 1 stopped, chatted with the customer (even though I was waiting right there!), and helped the customer with their question by walking off! I couldn’t believe it. I went in search of a new employee to ask my question and ask if it was normal/policy to help a customer while helping a different customer. While employee 2 was telling me where to find what I was looking for, employee 1 came up and was upset with me for walking away. Again, I could not believe the woman’s audacity! I was not the one who stopped to gossip and help someone else. Additionally, don’t get mad at me when I look for help elsewhere. She had no time for me until she realized it looked terrible.

I've been shopping with home depot for years no need to go any where else

Associate was professional and kind. She listened closely as we explained what type of door we wanted. She was thorough in assisting with selection of our type of door .

Always greeted and treated great by cashiers at door. Always get help when needed. The only complaint I have is homedepot rental trucks Always being parked in the pro-parking spots especially when busy.

I went to purchase a lawnmower and didn't find the one I wanted. They were out of stock. LUIS came to assist me and was a HUGE HELP!!! LUIS went to the manager and asked if they could sell me a higher priced mower fir the price of the mower I was looking for. He said yes and I was one happy customer!!! Thank you LUIS and HOMEDEPOT for making my experience GREAT!!!

Customer assistance here takes way too long. Had to reach out for assistance 3 times and waited almost an hour before I was able to track down an employee in another area to assist me. Giving 1 star because zero stars is not an option.

Poor customer service. I left the store with the impression the employees did not want to help me.

I can generally always find everything I need to take care of and complete my projects. If I need help there's someone with knowledge in every department. The Home Depot is my go to store for all my home projects

I BOUGHT A 10000 BTU TOSHIBA A/C. I AM CONFIDENT OF ITS QUALITY, BUT WOULD HAVE PREFERRED AN US BRAND LIKE CARRIER.

I always go to this location as the staff is very courteous and friendly.
