I was very happy with the help I received. The associate I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. The checkout associate was very nice and friendly. I do wish the air conditioning had been cooler. I probably would have shopped longer. Otherwise, it was an overall good experience.

I have a broken leg and I knew buying a hot water heater would be challenging but several associates worked together and got my purchase to the checkout and then loaded in my car. Excellent service!

If a customer is needing help, there should be a way to reach out for help without around the store looking for an associate!

Store is neat and products are easily accessible. However, I have noticed that this store is short of associates in some areas such as the paint department.

I am always impressed with the Associates knowledge of product location and their willingness to help me find it. I really appreciate the Military discount that Home Deport offers and the friendliness of it's cashiers.

Great customer service - clean store - wonderful prices and selection.

The items I needed were not in the box on the shelf. It was empty. The associate was very helpful, checking the stock on the phone, the upper shelves, and even checking the back. He also checked the other Montgomery store to see if they had what I needed. They other store had 18 of the items I needed, but I didn't want to drive all the way into Montgomery for them. The associate also told me that the vendor who restocks this item was supposed to be there tomorrow. I think it would be helpful to customers if vendors were notified their products had been depleted before their scheduled visits.

The people were very friendly and helpful. I did not have to look for people to help me, they were readily available.

ALWAYS AN ASSOCIATE OR 10 TO HELP OUT WITH WHATEVER IT IS I NEED. I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU VISIT THIS STORE FOR CONVENIENT SHOPPING AND A GREAT PURCHASING EXPERIENCE. MANY ITEMS STAY STOCKED AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE CREATIVE SALES GOING ON AND WORKSHOPS.
