the employees very nice and doing well distancing

I buy alot of products from homedepot..Grills, Patio sets , Garage doors, doors, washer and dryer and Scott's turf and wood chips because of polite and good customer service

This store has the nicest, happiest, most helpful employees of any Home Improvement store I've visited in recent memory.

I had a wonderful shopping experience!

The only complaint I have is last year or earlier this year I tried ordering some things for pick up, but air filters were to be delivered, but never were. I'd wanted 2 delivered every 3 months. I never received any.

It only takes one employee to sink a business. The one I'm talking about had her mask around her neck not over her mouth and nose. She was placing me, and herself, in danger. And no, she wasn't behind a checkout shield during the entire transaction. The store manager needs to get out on the floor and see what his/her employees are doing and/or not doing. It would also be nice if every now and then one of the numerous employees that are walking around would ask if they could help.

I wrote the employee name from the wrong store. The store Beth is in is Alexander City, Alabama. Although the Montgomery store is great also but very far away and I was just visiting this day. I usually go to Alex City and this is where Beth works. Both stores are great and I recommend either.

I'm very disappointed in my local store. I placed a large special order and the items were sold to other customers after I purchased them, leaving me no items for my scheduled delivery. The manager on duty, Kelly, was not the one to contact me. The delivery driver did very apologetically. I had to call the store to track her down and she informed me that the store was aware the night before my order that the items were missing, and she was aware nearly 3 hours before the delivery driver called. When I asked for an explanation she said she was busy. Then when I said I was going to speak to my husband about it she hung up on me. I'm out $500+ and my pavers. I still have not heard from the store.

Floor and tile department need improvement in customer service..Overall my shopping experience was great..

We returned a defective lawn mower battery. Was charged core charge, shouldn't have been, because we had a return battery, . Customer service guy was rude......

Great job of installing a new water heater and saved me between $400.00 to $800.00 from other estimates. Highly recommend calling Home Depot for all your needs. Great courteous and professional representative did a super job in a timely manner.

I enjoy this store because everyone is friendly and usually speaks. On occasion you may need to search for help (a female always has questions). I love the selection of items ....I found light bulbs for a ceiling fan that I could not find after visiting many other stores! The greenhouse area has a wonderful selection of plants and flowers and I always seem to purchase something.

Love HomeDepot, all WAYS Speak to you in every station area and very nice and all WAYS willing to help.God Bless them during this terrible time our world is going through.

This store was very clean and organized. The employees were all very polite and professional. And I was able to find what I needed very easily.

I found the employees friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is conveniently located near other stores I shop. Handicap parking is conveniently located and adequate. The store has several electric carts necessary for me.

This store is always clean. The entire staff of employees smile and help you right away. They are knowledgeable. I enjoy going to this store because you feel welcomed, respected and always so inviting.

I have shopped at many Home Depot stores and the Chantilly store is, by far, among the best. I go out of my way to shop there rather than the other nearby stores.

Convenient location and well stocked. You generally have to run an employee down to get assistance. Some, not all, seem more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers.

Overall good place to shop, have most things needed, people at both montgomery Home Depot stores are mostly helpful.

Some of the associates are not friendly or helpful.

From the manager Lee all the way down to the employees on the floor extremely poor service I’ve had this experience twice this year.
