Kudos to Home Depot in East Northport/ Commack. Thank you TY for helping to save me lots of money and time on window treatments for my sons bedroom! You even went the extra mile to cut me my custom order even though it was time for your break. Thank you Fred for making me feel like I am capable of some basic plumbing repairs. I got close to doing it myself! Thank you for answering my additional questions too. Praise to the store manager who was working along side her team out on the floor, answering customer questions and doing it with a smile. Nothing like leaders who are in it with their troops. Keep up the great customer service.

The store was clean & organized well. I was politely greeted & then I was lead to my product by a knowledgeable person who explained the product and answered 2 of my questions. I was very impressed!

Although I very often shop at this location, it is frustrating that the garden center doors to the parking lot close at 7:45 p.m. although the store is open until 10:00 p.m. In the summer, I often shop for plants after work and can't be finished by 7:45. I and many other shoppers must then go to the main registers although our cars are parked in the garden center lot. Otherwise, I am very happy with this location.

Had to go to several different departments and was able to find employees in each department to help me. I was helped quickly and the employees knew the products in their department, and I was able to get in and out of the store quickly on a busy day.

Amazing turnaround at this store. Staff has been available, extremely friendly, and very helpful on all of my recent visits. In addition the shelves have been stocked with the items I am looking for. Keep up the good work!

We have been Home Depot customers since the store opened and I have gotten excellent and personalized service from them through many renovations over the years . . . a new kitchen . . . two bathrooms . . . a new basement . . . assorted other renovations as well as garden supplies. All departments have very knowledgeable personnel and I have approached the sales associates with problems. They spent as much time as was needed to solve it. I am looking forward to meeting with them again for solar shades.

Received outstanding service from the minute we walked in. An associate walking by joked with us and told us where to find what we were looking for. Two gentleman in the shelving area did not have what we were looking for but listened patiently, measured some shelves for us and told us to go to lumber where they could help us. The gentleman in the lumber area was FANTASTIC - helped us find the right board and cut it perfectly. Overall a fabulous experience.

Our experience here is that the store is neat and orderly and the associates are very helpful.

I have been a regular shopper in the Commack, NY store for as long as they have been there, as I live in the area. I do have to say that there have been positive physical changes in the store and as well as with the sales people and cashiers. I have actually left the store the last two times with a genuine smile and appreciation for their beyond friendly and helpful staff. Not that I ever a bad experience, it just seems to have become more customer friendly. A+ for Commack Home Depot!

Great store to shop for all of your home improvement needs. Employees are friendly and helpful.

This store has gone under some big renovations.. but the most remarkable thing about it is the super helpful staff. I recently visited, everyone I encountered and I spoke to 5 different men working there, from the return desk to men working in the aisles were very friendly and wanted to help out the customers. Great job!

Help was readily available and both employees were knowledgeable and pleasant. Found my items; was quickly assisted; store was clean and associates friendly & helpful.

This store always seems to be dirty. The quality of the lumber that I bought is really marginal. I had to pick through maybe close to 100 pieces to find two that were suitable to my needs. The pieces are tagged as "premium", but in my opinion, it is one step above "kindling" quality with too many sappy knots. When I need quality lumber for a project, I use my local lumber yard. Last week I bought moulding at this store. Half of the moulding was incorrectly stocked. When I mentioned it to an associate, he blamed customers for putting them back in the wrong place, which is believable to a degree, but more then half of the pieces in the bin were wrong. I think that whoever stocked them put them in the incorrect bin. A little more attention to detail is needed.

Friendly and helpful employees. The store is a larger store, was very neat and clean. This was a great shopping experience for us and after visiting a few other Home Depot stores and a few Lowes stores, we found what we needed here.

If you are buying flooring try and get Ty Rajeh. He will make sure you are satisfied.
