Morning cashiers are great, especially Thelma and Alex and all the rest.

The store associate/manager (flooring) provided guidance, knowledge and took an interest in what I was trying to accomplish. She did not need to be paged--she came to help me as soon as she saw my daughter and I waiting near the kiosk. This store has the best variety of flooring materials of any of the other local Home Depots in my area and this associate was beyond helpful: she called up my computer-generated order, found two errors and promptly fixed the errors. She has a warm personality and made the change to my original order extremely easy. I certainly would recommend this store for flooring and tell everyone to seek out Mary.

THE STORE WAS CLEAN, BUT THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT THAT EASY TO FIND. THE STORE ALSO DIDN'T HAVE SOME OF THE PRODUCTS THAT I DESIRED.

Once again visited the store to pick up some items and once again I had to go to a competitor as all the items I needed were not in stock.

Needed a water heater connection...water the "bendable" type, not the hose type. Although a quick walk up and down the aisles did not turn up what I wanted...one of the store associates knew exactly where they were located and took me there. I was able to be on my way in a short time.

No complaints. Associates were helpful. Friendly & fast cashiers. Loyal customer!

When you walk into this store, you could tell that the staff took good care of it. Every thing was very easy to find and the staff was very welcoming and nice.

Jackie in the paint department knows her stuff. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would go to her everytime if I needed paint advice.

We received wonderful help from the clerks at customer assistance. The newly added space for flooring and wall tile is a welcome addition.

Not only was the store very clean and well organized but I got help from a guy named Billy and gardening and he was exceptional!!

This was my first visit to this Home Depot location. The sales associates are truly knowledgeable and eager to assist you with a smile and a positive attitude. You feel like a valued customer. Overall one of the best shopping experiences I've had.

I am an electrical contractor who spends his off hours fixing my house. Prices are lower then my suppliers, I've been using for years. All the easily accessible information for home construction ideas. Huge store, has just about everything you need.

Almost always find what I need, and usually more than I need. Always something new or innovative to be discovered while perusing the aisles. I've found more things just strolling around than by going in looking for specific items. I now realize why the wife spends so much time in clothing stores. I have had nothing but good experiences with the store associates in the past two years. I must say that prior to that it was a bit dicy but now it is a complete pleasure to shop in HD, they are always helpful and most accommodating.

I needed a product that should be in gardening. I found the aisle sign for my products, however the whole section had been moved to parts unknown. I could not find anyone in gardening to assist. Apparently there was no-one working in gardening at 2:40 in the afternoon during the summer. Good scheduling there. I found an associate in another department (Chris) who took the time to look up the item I needed and walked me over to the new section. He was outstanding.

I always find what I need at Home Depot. But often, the sales associate will tell me they don't carry what I am looking for and then I find it on my own.

Tile Associate Bill and Peggy were so helpful!! Bill spent almost an hour helping me choose tile for my bathroom!!

I received the help I needed and the associates are very friendly.

I rarely leave the the store without finding what I wanted.

THE STORE IS CLEAN AND EASY TO FIND PRODUCTS THAT I NEED

The store was clean and well organized. Most times finding help is difficult and the help available most times is inadaquate. The electrical, plumbing support is normally good to excellent. Paint is always excellent but hardware is poor most times.

Went in looking for solar lights for an outdoor path. Got help from an associate and found them no problem.

The only problem with the new expansion means I have to re-learn where things are located. I like to bigger selection on many items.

Bought a palm tree for the yard. I decided I wanted another one and was unable to find them at another store. At the Commack Home Depot they were right in front as you walked into the store. The price was great.

All you need under one roof. Helpful friendly staff.

Always found what I was looking for in this particular store. Other stores did not have availability on many items
