Today I had amazing support at Home Depot

Every time you need help here there is always no one there to help even though the store is not busy. Also, if you are seeking information about something they give conflicting and wrong information.

I had the best service EVER. Provided by Bert V. in lumber. EXTREMELY helpful and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE concerning the DIFFERENT products I was needing. This man TOTALLY ROCKS !!!

This Palmdale store is always stocked and clean. Employees are always friendly and willing to help, not lazy! Check out is fast and efficient.

They never have human cashiers and rely completely on self checkout. Self checkout at a hardware store is a nightmare. Try scanning sheets of particle board on a non-movable scanner. Or how about multiple large moving boxes? Staff is great but ludicrous to force customers to use self checkout. I do not work for Home Depot, so if I have to do the job of a cashier, I deserve an employee discount. And if I shop here enough, I should earn some health benefits, right? At least basic dental.

Went late at night before closing and still received excellent customer service without feeling the pressure of being rushed out of the store, employees helped me make a good purchase and went into detail of my purchase and answered all the questions I had before making the purchase.

The East Palmdale Home Depot is by far the best in the Antelope Valley and Tehachapi. Richard Rodriguez’s knowledge and customer service is exemplary. Jesus, the manager, is receptive and easy to communicate with. There are three other Home Depot’s closer to me, but this will be the store where I will continue to do ALL my business.

Great place to shop for garden that i mostly do. They have many options to choose from and at hold quality and prices.

I want to give credit where credit is due, and his name is MARIO. The manager of this store is, Helpful, always available within 2 minutes each time I have need assistance. There are times when the regular staff can not handle certain issues. This store is always clean, and most of the time the associates are friendly and helpful. I will shop here for all my home and garden needs. The other stores, like lows are much more expensive and not a manager around for 15 minutes or more.

This store is clean organized and almost always has the product I need in stock. The sales floor associates are polite and helpful it’s the associates at the return desk and some cashiers that stop this Home Depot from being the best it can be. Expect a good shopping experience on the sales floor but you will be rolling the dice when it comes to check out.

› Anastasia was excellent, I had to return something first before buying something in the store. Anastasia is why I want to come back to Home Depot. I thought something would be hassle and she was so quick and a very pleasant woman to talk too. She's a valuable asset to your company she was an older woman and I'm glad Home Depot is giving jobs to older people like myself I felt I could connect to someone my age. Sometimes the kids behind the counter don't have any patience with us old folks.
