This store is always clean even when they are giving away free bags of popcorn. All the "droppings" are continually cleaned up.

I always enjoy going to this store becasue it is smaller and easy to get in and out of quickly. The staff are ALWAYS helpful and friendly!

Staff is always friendly and willing to assist. Products are well stocked and most anything needed is offered.

I had A very good experience, the sales person was friendly and helpful. The store had the items that I wanted.

customer service in this store is non existent. went in to get some glue but was not sure which kind I need to fix what I was working on. asked the associate at the paint desk which glue I should get he seem put out and I was definitely not worth his time to help. With a look of being put out he told me which on to get. then I proceed to the check out area at the far end of the store, the lady was busy talking to another associate about someone wanting to come on full time. she took the glue from my hand rang it up grabbed the receipt and quickly handed it back to me without even breaking in her conversation with the other associate and even looking at me. very poor customer service if you need any help at all on anything this is not the place to go.

A Glacier Bay Shower fixture failed after 3 years' use. HD agent, Penny, called Glacier Bay to see how to handle the warranty. Glacier Bay was not cooperative and demanded more detail than would reasonably be expected. Penny told me not to work with them any more, that HD would cover the replacement. My thanks to Penny. Boo to Glacier Bay; I will not be purchasing that brand any more.

My sales associate, Mike, in appliances was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in making sure my appliances were ordered. It's great when you have employees that actually like their job!

The employees are very helpful, the store is well organized and I have seldom if ever had a problem finding what I need or need to know.

I had a home project requiring a decision, on how to proceed. There were a couple of options and methods to choose from. Teresa Pinney/Pro Account Sales Associate took lots of time to help me run through the options and costs. She discussed some new products that would also help solve my dilemma. What stood out the most was she was very busy with a couple of other customers and yet... made sure that I was throughly satisfied with the results from idea to checkout. Thanks Teresa.

Customer service employees can be rude. I avoid going to customer service.

I was looking for a Whirlpool Washing Machine. The model I wanted to see wasn't on the floor at the time. The sales clerk looked up the model I was looking for on the internet, and showed me a model that is similar. She was very friendly and helpful.

I paid of a $24 bill late by a few days. Then received a $35 late fee. I came in three times and called the national office twice to resolve the issue. Finally, Casey was able to wade through the situation and help. ( the late fees grew to $111 in two months.) Instead of having a disgruntled customer who shops only at Lowes now, you still have a loyal Home depot customer thanks to Casey ( and Penny).The exorbitant late fees must be a problem with other customers I'm guessing.

I came in with my research paperwork, was helped immediately.

Ordered online, it was ready for pick up within an hour and when I went to pick up it took less then five minutes and they loaded my order into my jeep. Excellent service.

The staff at this location is always helpful and readily available. Not sure what I would do if bad as I live 3 blocks away and the convenience is great. We just had a furnace and a/c system installed and it was a very good experience. This Home Depot is excellent in all aspects. Chas

OVER SEVERAL YEARS I HAVE EXPERIENCED SUPERIOR ATTENTION AN SERVICE ABOVE THE NORMAL GOOD SERVICE.

It looks like every other Home Depot, but the quality of the staff is the real difference. The associates in the paint department is particular have been a life saver for me. Given that there is a Lowe's right down the street, I have a choice available and I always choose the Depot.

We are doing home improvement projects and receiving excellent assistance from the in-store consultants They also provided in-house consultation as well which was extremely helpful in our appliance selections.

I needed three small screws to repair an outdoor lamp. Doug helped me find the right size. He also showed me how to measure the size of machine screws and how to look for them.

We went straight to the Tool Rental and were greeted with friendly faces. Our questions were eagerly answered by the employees. We were able to make a better educated decision in refinishing our old deck with cold weather looming.

I needed a drain valve for an air compressor. When I looked online at Home Depot and other similar stores it didn't appear that they stocked the specific item. But, in visiting my Home Depot store in person, I found that they had available and in stock both the repair part for the old drain valve ( in O ring section of the faucet repair parts), but also in the tool section I found a nice ball valve that would function better than the original drain valve. I purchased the new complete valve, but either would have satisfied what was needed.

The store is clean and well lit, I am usually familiar with the things I need but if not there is someone close by to help and direct me. The items we were buying were time sensitive and needed information for a rebate and the associate was knowledgeable about what we should do.
