Cashier went above and beyond by getting a cart for me and rounding up two young men to help me. I was in and out in under 10 minutes and everyone was super friendly. Very satisfied!

There seems to be a lot of reviews about this store denying a veteran a discount. I have NEVER EVER been denied a military discount at this or any other Home Depot. I've made small purchases and very large purchase and every time, my military/veteran status has been acknowledged with a 10% discount. All that I am required to do is show proof, which in my opinion is a perfectly reasonable way for Home Depot to verify that the person asking for 10% off is, in fact, active duty/Reservist/Guard/veteran/dependent. If you cannot provide proof, then you should not expect a discount. Furthermore, this store offers at least 4 veteran parking spots. I think Home Depot goes above and beyond to recognize members of the military and their dependents. I am in no way affiliated with Home Depot; I'm just a U.S. Air Force retiree who shops at Home Depot at least once a week.

The employees are always cheerful, helpful, very knowledgeable and give great tips. The staff always make sure I am finding what I am looking for. Quality products. I love this location.

I have shopped at this store many hundreds of times, as a previous contractor, and now simply as a homeowner. I have always been impressed by the service and availability of the staff- more than at any other branch of the home depot, and certainly more than any other home improvement store. The staff seem to work well together. My experience has always been one of 'above and beyond', which is why I have almost always shopped at the home depot for all my home improvement needs.

Pretty much this is the store I go to for home and yard supplies, advice, and services. I have had only excellent experiences, over several years, with the employees and services at the Spokane Valley Home Depot. My interests are in my house and yard, so I am a mostly inexpert home owner. I find that if I have questions and need advice, the employees at this store are quite helpful. And over several years, their advice has been proven to me to be accurate and sensible.

I needed a drain cleaning machine after 5 pm when most rental stores were closed. I discovered the Home Depot had a tools rental department and you could check for availability of a particular tool from their website which was a nice convenience. The next pleasant surprise was that the tool rental department has their own door which makes getting in and out very easy. The clerk was knowledgable about the equipment and able to recommend one type of machine over the other. By The Way, you never want to rent a hand feed drain machine with 50' or more of ½" cable. The weight of the cable once played out into the sewer pipe takes a fair amount of force to pull it back (against the force of gravity) into the machine. Always rent the auto-feed variety. I got help loading and unloading the equipment into the back of my pickup truck. Overall a great experience.

If i could give NO STARS I would. They tell you products are in stock and bringing it to the sevice counter and you can pay while you wait. They make you wait 30 minutes then tell you they can't find it but you can take the display with no discount. Managers aren't managers because they won't come talk to upset customers. Lost my business to Lowes who has better service!! Maybe take a lesson Home Depot!

What can I say, it's my favorite store to get all my home improvement needs.

I check online to see if they have what I need in stock locally. They usually do. good stock quantities, good selection, good prices, what more can you ask for :)

ALL the employees are always extremely helpful when my wife & I (2 geezers!) stop by!

We rarely saw any employees, and when we did, we were never approached or asked if we needed help. Several walked by us when we did need help, but even when we called out to them they did not respond. We are very disappointed in this store.

This Home Depot is amazing! Gina knows her stuff! She helped me with a water heater and not only got me the one I needed in a hurry. She also got all the supplies I would make the project go quickly and not have to come back. I greatly appreciated her knowledge. They are a team at this Home Depot!

The staff here is usually more knowlegable than other stores I've been to. Be aware that sometimes that is exchanged for arrogance. To be fair I am a hundred pound, 5 foot tall woman. Its easy to laugh at me juggling 30 feet of cut pipe. I will always come back to this store. They have everything I need, or they will get it for me when they don't.

We always appreciate how knowledgeable the employees are of the location of things, throughout the store & always receive great help, when needed! Keep up the good work!
