This store received an emergency order of generators to help with the massive power outages in Spokane. All the store associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for helping us get some lights and heaters back on!

Store was clean for the circumstances of having now power for many days. Associates were friendly and very helpful. The item I was looking for had very little inventory, and I am certain it was because of the wind storm that had gone through Spokane. Extension cords were very sparse and no selection. But I understand that.

I, like a lot of people was stressed and in a hurry when I visited Home depot. We had just had the worst wind storm I had ever seen. The parking lot was full, the store was full and yet the associates went out of their way to help me find the items I needed. I had lost my roofing all the way down to the plywood. I wanted to purchase a generator, but with me and 180,000 other people out of power they had gone fast. I asked just in case but knew there was little chance of getting one. The store was on generator too. It ran smoothly, I was in and out. They were great and very helpful.

Helpful personel and always friendly. When I don't know where something is, employees always take me to that area and find someone to help me with questions.

Everything was cool, it was like taking candy from a baby. i was out of there in minutes, back home putting up sheetrock again.

The shopping was fine, but the Check-Out was very poor. There was only 2 cashiers working and the Self- Check-Out has 4 machines, of which 2 were bogged off, and the other 2 wouldn't do Cash Trasactions. There were people backed up 4 deep to Check-Out, but one register was held up for a Price-Check. It seems this could have been handled better!

Went to Home Depot to buy a piece of 1 by 6 for a project. Needed the piece cut in half to fit in my car. One of the saws said out of order but we found a lady and asked her if she could cut it for us on their other saw. She went and grabbed a gentlemen who kindly said sorry can't cut it and walked away. The lady who was still with us said, "I'll get it done for you." So we proceeded to follow her to a few different locations where she attempted to find a powered saw to cut this board, to no avail. She then cut this 1x6 with a hand saw for us!!! I was so impressed with the amount of service from her. She went so far above and beyond, and could have easily said sorry the saw is out of order. I recently needed to purchase a dishwasher, and had no idea how to select the right one. I can't thank Gene enough for all his help in my dishwasher purchase! It's helpful associates like Gene that ensures loyal customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else (and will be back specifically to see Gene for my fridge and stove purchase in the near future!). Douglas (store associate) went far above the norm in helping me return several items. He is an asset to Home Depot. He was very helpful and friendly. Home Depot is far above competitors and is nice to know I can find everything I am looking for without having to go to a variety of different stores.

The associate was knowledgeable and helpful. The products are just as nice as what is available in fancy privately owned window treatment stores at a fraction of the price. They have frequent sales which make the price equal to discount internet pricing.

I researched the type of tool I needed for my business, a Rotary Hammer Drill, and discovered the highest rated product was carried, and in-stock, at Home Depot. While I was at the store, (I even found an open parking spot within 50 feet of exit door) a sales associate was right there to help me locate the drill, he even opened it up so I could see and hold it; plus, he even gave me great information regarding it's spec's and some useful tips. While walking with him to the checkout, he asked me if I used this for personal or business purposes, I stated it was for the business that I owned, and then (thankfully) he told me all about the "Home Depot Pro Xtra" account and all it's benefits and rewards. He walked me through the quick and easy sign-up process - and even included a 20% discount right then on my purchase! Thank you for the great deals, products and staff at Home Depot. I'll see you next time.

Store associate Jay was amazing! He helped me so much! Not only did he help me find the items I was looking for, but helped me push an extra cart around and loaded my car at the end. I will definitely be back. Thank you Jay!

I had shopped online extensively for about a week for a built in microwave replacement, and was hesitant to buy the only make and model manufactured that could possibly fit into the designated space... so I went into the store to speak to an associate. Bud was extremely helpful, and recruited a customer service rep to help as well. I was completely confident in my purchase.

I received very good help with the associate trying to locate the item I needed. He checked the overflow stock and looked the item up - but it was not available in the Valley Store, he suggested I go to the Liberty Lake store since they had 4 of them. He was quick in his search and very pleasant taking care of my needs. The same with the people at the paint desk, always helpful and quick in the mixing and processing of your paint order.

Easy to pull into the loading bay and get right to the product and get it loaded.

Purchased 32 of 4x8 sheets plywood and bags of insulation with rental of Home Depot truck on a Friday evening, what should have taken only 30 minutes took over 2 hours. Lack of personnel to help take down product and load, not Home Depot personnel fault but Corporate not hiring enough people.
