I was very disappointed when I found out that the door I wanted was only available online after coming into the store specifically to use a credit card promotion (in store only). However, with the help of Project Manager Daniel, I was able to custom order a similar door for a similar price with a company that I am familiar with in regards to quality products. There was quite a wait to get the needed help in the door department, but it was worth the wait! I was extremely happy with the time that Daniel was able to give me once we started the process of searching for the correct door for my situation, and will hopefully be just as happy when I see the finished product at pick up in a few weeks.

Store was clean and organized was in and out quickly

being a DYSer there is always someone to help with what ever question I have. Some assoc. even have suggestion on what produces would be best for what I am doing or making in ALL your department for paint to garden to hardware.....Great crew

My visit was later in the eveing (around 7:30-8:30 PM). I went to the Paint Department, Plumbing Department and of course, the cashier. Needed help in Plumbing department but I didn't see an associate nearby to help. The lady in the paint depatment was able to match the color swatches of paint brand that they did not carry, which surprised me. The cashier was friendly and very helpful and arranged for an associate to help me bring my (2 carrages) purchases to the car and load them in the car.

Found everything I needed in multiple departments. Was assisted bringing large boards to create a bench to my car,

I always feel welcome when I go into the Home Depot on Boston Rd in Springfield, MA. The associates are always friendly, knowledgeable and available. Even if they are with another customer, they don't ignore you. They acknowledge your presence and tell you that they'll be with you in a moment or even call someone else over. When going into departments that I don't have any knowledge about, they offer great advice and if they can't answer my specific question, they find someone who can. I always count on Home Depot for anything I need for my home.

My size mini blind was not in stock so the associate cut one to size for the same price! Cashier was most helpful in checking out.

Store employees were great and I strongly recommend this place

Asked an associate about item on sale which he answered my questions. Than he showed me the area where the other brands were and explain them to me. Was very helpful in my choice of the product that I wanted.

I needed to plant an acre of grass and being a single mom, had no clue what I needed. The associate helped me get everything to grow grass and brought it to the register and then got someone to load it in my car..great experience

I recently shopped The Home Depot with intent to search for four items on my list. Having gone to HomeDepot.com first I new exactly what I wanted and knew how many they had in stock at this location. As I walked through the entrance two of my items were in sight. A short walk and the third item was on the shelf as promised. I set off to find the fourth and it was a few aisles away - clearly marked. A quick trip through check-out and I was walking to my car with all in tow. A great Saturday morning shopping experience at the Wilbraham Home Depot!!!

the store was very clean had trouble finding seeds and the employee knew right where they were and was very friendly.

Needs to have more associates available in lumber. 6 People waiting for help in the lumber dept.

My wife enjoyed all the different flowers and I appreciated all the help with questions for my lawn and we had a great cashier Chris Hartford.

It was very busy however, we were helped quickly. The gentleman walked quite a distance back to get us a propane tank since he felt with the delivery trucks it would be difficult for us to drive back there which we normally do. He was pleasant and walked it right to my car.

I was very impressed as we arrived stated exactly what we needed and the associate was able to help us choose the paint and the proper kind so we were in an out of the store as we intended! Great assistance by the paint department and they worked well as a team as another quickly did the paint mix! Awesome!
