HOME DEPOT HAS A GREAT SELECTION AND FRIENDLY. WE WERE IN AND GOT WHAT WE NEEDED THEN BACK TO OUR PROJECT.

Carol the cashier was very friend and just made me feel very welcome.

Every time I go there all employees are very friendly AND HELFUL!!! They go out of their to help you. I can’t say that about other home improvement type stores!

We bought some flooring online and it was an error in explaining clearance products and we did have great communication in the beginning and there was alot of waiting and back and forth with customer care and the store. Triston, the flooring manager, reached out to me and wanted to make things right and see what he could do to help us, he went above and beyond to help resolve our issue and was really humble and I could tell he was genuine and enjoyed his job, you don't see that so much these days, which was nice. We will be returning back to Home Depot because of Triston.

We are rebuilding a basement bathroom and have had lots of problems finding items we need, but going over the East Side Home Depot we found everything we needed this particular time. The Staff were all very helpful and friendly, helping us find items, getting them off high shelves, hauling it all out the pickup (VERY high wind). We both left quite happy with our experience and purchases.

The store has a great selection of products. There was someone in the department who has good product knowledge and was eager to help me.

In store stock was great.

We asked for help finding a certain size door. When we asked an employee for help she responded “I don’t know this isn’t my area. I’ll find someone else to help you.” We walk down the aisle and see her walk right past us playing on her phone. No one ever came to help us find the door we needed. Then we walked to the counter to pick up our online order (bathroom vanity). THREE employees stood there talking and ignoring us. Finally after 10 minutes we had to get their attention and asked for help. After they finally pulled up our order it was another 10 minutes until 2 other employees walked by to go get the order. And 10+ minutes passed and one of them comes back empty handed stating it’s probably not going to fit in our van. My Husband says I can lay all the seats down. It will fit. I’ll pull the van around and meet you out front. Another 10+ minutes go by until finally 4 of them bring it out. Then halfway through loading it 3 of the 4 just walk off and leave. The vanity was only half way loaded into our vehicle.

I bought some painting supplies recently and was pleased with the service.

I walked into electrical dept and was greeted by and associate named Drew. Drew saw the special bulb i was carrying. Drew showed me where they were kept and after comparing the brightness Drew gave me the bulbs i needed.

Had purchased a similar item at another home improvement store . Had it one month and was disappointed in the overall quality. Went to Home Depot and got a far superior quality item at the same price as the first purchase. The first item, and fairly expensive, went to the trash.

With only the name of the item my husband wanted for Christmas, I googled and found the item at the local HomeDepot store. As I entered the store on a mission, a young man from the flooring department hopped right up and offered to help me. He helped me search for the item, and when we located it, he carried it to the cashier. The cashier was friendly, personable - both are assets to the company. Thanks to these employees for a wonderful shopping experience on a Friday night before Christmas!

Love this store. Associates always friendly and helpful. Last time I went, forgot a plumbing part and everyone helped out in finding it. Megan was the one who finally found it. such a sweet heart. Thanks

As upper management of the hotel I work at, I could tell that many of the employees at this location were not team players. Employee Ci DeJong went out of her way to help me, but quite a few of her coworkers would not even attempt to help her. Ci deserves recognition for her dedication to her job.

I had been having trouble trying to find the correct breaker that I needed for my hvac system and Ace in electrical went above and beyond to assist me I was highly impressed.

David helped me return a vacuum i bought after i thought i couldnt return it due to closing my bank account. He was courteous and genuine and i will come back to west over east every time because of it

We went in looking for a christams tree stand and came out with a keeper and great vibes!! The service at the store today was so extremely wonderful!

I really enjoy my shopping experiences at Home Depot because they meet all of my needs on home improvements, appliances, landscaping, great decors and more. The prices are very reasonable in comparison to other stores that have similar products. Home Depot is definitely my first go to store!

This store has hired some young checkout clerks that seemed very willing to work with me.

Chris a plumbing associate, was very helpful and walked with me to the items I needed instead of pointing. I told him I was in a hurry for an appointment and he was a great help

The lot was very clean. I was greeted at the entrance. Every associate that I asked a question or needed assistance was courteous and helped me with my purchase from getting the correct item, assisting with my checkout and finally helping me get my purchase on my truck.

The store is always orgainized and clean and I'm very pleased with the service and products they offer.

The store by far is very Good its very close to my home and I really enjoy it and have a credit card for many purchases I have done , Thanks HOME DEPOT,The staff was very friendly and helpful, the store was clean, one time I came and the Assistance help me pick out my entire Kitchen lights which was nice because I felt like I had a One On One Designer with me. I really felt good about my purchase because they help me pick out the lightneing similar to what I had in my home already so I felt very comfortable with my purchase once I got home Thank you HOME DEPOT.
