I felt like I was invisible and noone wanted to help a single woman in the fencing department. It was clear that I needed assistance. Now I know why I shop at another competitor that is just a few miles further than this store. Customers shop where they feel that their business is appreciated, I did not experience this and left disgusted;o(

I would like to mention that I have noticed some younger staff (late teens, early 20's?) that seem to be very service oriented. I find that, other than the immediate service provided, it provides me with hope for the future of our community and nation. Keep finding and supporting these young people.

No masks, no protection. Go to Menards, they require protection.

The store was very busy and the employees cordial. They processed the transaction in a timely manor.

Very helpful sales person in appliances. He worked hard to get what I needed.

GREAT BEST PLACE TO BUY QUALITY LUMBER

We get the most amazing, healthy and reasonably priced plants and flowers every year. They are way above any place else in Wichita Kansas!

Usually a great place to shop. Today a manager lady with blonde hair and no name tag really ruined it for us. Extremely unhelpful and rude!

This Home Depot has a good solid core of employees. They provide good service. Some of the people stocking tend to ignore customers. It was a busy day during an unusual time in history (the pandemic) but the staff handled my purchase and pickup efficiently and with minimal fuss.

The staff that I have encountered at the N. Woodlawn store are knowledgeable and helpful.

Greeted coming the main entrance of the Store, led by an employee to the area I needed and given recommendations for allowed to open the boxes and examine the merchandise. A selection was made and purchased. Great customer assistance and very Knowledgeable. Personable and respectful will utilize this store again. Customer service was great and available without having to try and find some one and wait 15 minutes. The store was spotless and well stocked

This store is very accessible off of highway 96 but I wish you had one located in the southern part oh the city. I found the product quickly.

Great building product quality, competitive prices and the associates are always willing to help. My cashier was Delia who was very friendly, with a quick check out, asked me twice about help loading my purchase and wished me a good day on the way out.

Good Experience

I've used this store since 2002 after I moved back to Kansas and my home. Always had what I needed and decent price.

The store was cleaning products was easy to find in the staff was very helpful.

The team at #2204 Home Depot has saved me untold amount of money by coaching me how to fix minor issues with my home over the last 15 years. Associates are helpful, walk me all over the store to find what I need, and take the time to ask questions about yet another homeowner's project or problem I might have. The store greeter Jeff is a favorite of mine. The store carries an ample supply of whatever I need. When my daughter needed iron nails for a science project, an associate bent over backwards to help us.

Home Depot is a no nonsense store that has a good selection on products including the brand names that I use. Their staff tends to be more service oriented than I find at other box stores.

This store staff is usually readily available. It must have been a low-staff day as I had to be more aggressive in searching out assistance than usual at this store. Once paged, a staff member did show up and tried to diligently assist me, but the product that I was interested in was not readily available. I did find, courtesy of the Milwaukee representative (Nick) a drive guide set that included the ECX "2 drive that I was after.

Staff is always helpful, super convenient, great selection of products, always clean. The Saturday morning kids projects are a great thing for grandpas like me. Store lighting is adequate, but could be LITTLE brighter for my old eyes.

The store was very friendly and a cashier named Yessica was extremely helpful 10/plus ultra on service and assistance. The store is top notch would recommend coming in to buy materials for your projects here .

We went in on Black Friday, purchased a $900 tool box and a miter saw/stand combo that was on special. Upon getting the toolbox home it was incorrect. We were informed the right top would fit on that bottom, we take wrong top up, switch it out for the right top, get home and it doesn’t fit on the bottom. Saturday we went up to the store and spent close to 2 hours with Brian getting a pick up and delivery figured out for the correct bottom. During this transaction multiple times the cashier pointed out who did the initial transaction. Now to today, we got to pickup the miter saw/stand combo per the email date for pickup. We are informed they could no longer get it. Offered an alternative that did not have the same features as the saw we purchased. Two managers came over both of which kept their backs to us for probably 15 minutes. After which again the same saw was offered, we asked about the one sitting to the side of the “Pro Desk” that offered the same features as the one ordered and were told they could not do anything for us on it. I am a retail manager, when it comes to a mistake on the store/employees fault you should make it right offer to discount it. We informed them we just wanted to cancel the order. To which the employee, Charlie starts to check his email, until I asked if we needed to go somewhere else to cancel the entire order. I explained to the manager that every part of the transaction from that day was messed up. He said I didn’t know that, he did apologize, and then just walked off. This entire transaction was a complete cluster, and I can promise you Charlie at the “Pro” desk is definitely not a pro.
