Carolina is an example of what great customer service is. I visited the El Centro store today 2/4 and as I was making line Carolina went above and beyond to help us at checkout. Carolina is very nice, caring , and we can see she loves her job.

This Store is a convenient place to stop after work for my daily and weekend projects.Usually well stocked . Some items show up on website as being on shelf but aren't. The past 2 times i needed grass seed i ordered it through app after not finding it on shelf but site said it was in stock. Usually ready in few hours

Luis is the best cabinet designer. He designed our kitchen perfect. Hilda is the best windows person she helped me with my windows install. I will only shop at home depot. Best store ever

Store associate "Me" (Andres is on receipt as her name) is a very rude, unprofessional employee. While seeking assistance she shuned me away and continuously gave 1 word answers and sat on her personal cell phone. I am not from the area and this is the worst shopping experience I have ever encountered while patronizing the businesses in El Centro.

Had bought some shines for the toilet. Work perfect. Only place they had it.

I had a return and was worried it was going to take forever, and then boom within 2 minutes my concern was evaluated, and then taken care of xD Great job Depot Team xD And great job Jaime/Jaymee for taking out orders in great timing with no problem xD Will be returning xD ❤️

Melannie had greeted me upon arrival into the store and had asked if there was any direction onto what she may help me with on my visit. She assisted me by pointing me towards the right direction and had even recommended some of the best brands to get the job done best. She also was fast to mow the lines down while helping other pro members to ensure they can get back to their jobs on a timely fashion. She had rang me up since she also saw that the cashier was packed and she was able to make time for me. She had also asked if I would like to sign up for your credit services in which I had denied this time but with more trips to the store and assistance like I had received today I’d be more inclined to sign up. She is your ideal employee by taking up many tasks to help the efficiency of the store as well as keeping a great attitude and thanking me for shopping there today :) She was going above and beyond and had made my trip into the store enjoyable and very speedy. I want to thank her for doing the most and helping me out throughout my visit into the store

Melannie from the Pro desk was the first to greet me as I entered in the store and was seemingly more than happy to help and asked if there was anything she may assist me with. I was asking for good quality apparel for this heat while working outdoors while also maintaining a stylish look ;) She guided me towards the Carhartt line that was located behind the pro desk. She assisted it what would look best on me while also protecting my body from the harsh conditions outside. She was very persuasive as well as helping me out every step of the way and was also giving me further recommendations for clothing that would help myself out. She was above and beyond in everything to ensure I had the best experience and satisfaction. She was also more than happy to ring me up and also had thanked me for coming into you Home Depot and I left very pleased and wanting to always continue my service at this establishment rather than any other competitors. She had also kindly asked if I would like to get a credit within the store in which I kindly agreed and she joked on maybe next time if I get a big order that I should join so I can save a pretty penny. :P One of the best experiences I’ve received in any store of any sort. I had also noticed she was very motivated to assist many others to ensure everyone was in and out and left satisfied.

I bought this item 6 days ago. I like it.

I was greeted and tended to in a proffesional yet amicable manner.

The moment I walked in the store, I was greeted with a huge smile from Melannie and she had asked what I was looking for today. That was when she directed me to exactly where I needed to be like it was the back of her hand. While I was retrieving my items I noticed she had returned to the Pro desk. When it came time for me to check out she had noticed that there were no cashiers available at the registers. That was when she hopped on a register in a jiffy and asked if there was anything else she could’ve helped me with today. All while maintaining a great big smile. She was indeed very speedy and asked if I would like to apply for the credit services in which I kindly declined and she joked on maybe next time. She had guided me the whole way through and been such a stand out employee and was the best overall employee I’ve seen out of any establishment on how she was very attentive and hard working being able to juggle everything that was coming at her. 1000/10 recommend having Melannie assist me next time I come in the store ;)

It's a great place to visit for your home project but the lady in the paint department was not competent for that section of the store. She she mixed interior paint instead of exterior.

I would like to give Paula an excellent review for her help on our purchase Today. Paula was very knowledgeable on the tool's functions and product comparisons which helped us choose on tool efficiency, comfort and price. Paula was very accessible, attentive and fun to talk to. It was a great shopping experience

I bought a refrigerator in El Centro, Ca. Store and Pedro the clerk was very kind, respectful and always willing to explain what I was acquiring. Good for these kind of employees.

I BOUGHT A WASHER AND DYER FROM PEDRO FROM HOME APPLIANCES. IT WAS FAST AND EASY WE SPENT UNDER 20 MINUTES IN THE STORE. SO IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY AND WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO SEE PEDRO.

I was shopping at Home Depot in EL Centro after a long day working on a remodel of my home. The cashier Ashley saw I was having trouble she asked if I needed help and I said yes! She stayed with me until I finished my transaction! After I left I noticed I didn’t have my cell phone so I went back and found out that she found it and put it in customer service for me!! Thanks I’m a customer for life thanks too her!!

Most complying store in the Imperial Valley. Their Team are just that, Team players. Very professional and thoughtful and helpful throughout my visits. I would most definitely recommend them. Clean and friendly atmosphere.

Pedro from Appliances was very helpful and friendly, did not take too long to check me out and offer me to apply for the Credit Card in order to get 100 dlls discount.

Definitely better service than the competitors

The store was very clean and the inventory was good in the areas I visited. At the Self Checkout I was not sure of procedure, but the young lady in charge of that area was very helpful and I noticed she cleaned the Self Checkout unit very thoroughly after each customer.

All the employees were helpful with me finding what i needed...but CRISTY was very courteous,kind n professional in her demeanor on assistanting me....An associate like her shows(demonstrates) that they love their job..which means there a very joyful person. Wouldn't be surprised if i saw her as a store associate of the month many times over.
