I shop here all the time. I like this store. Only problem to be concerned with are open packages and missing items. Sad that other customers fee a need to steal and inconvenience other customers

I bought the pool chemical 3 days ago. The employee explain and locate the product for me. GOOD GOOD SERVICES. I did not like to go to the Monterey Park store. (They are very rude). Please tell the district manager to go there to Reeduate those employee .

The lady who helped me at the appliances was so sweet and kind,she gave me so much time and options to get the perfect refrigerator for my space,I’m so grateful for her help and patient because I was so confused with the size of the refrigerator and the size of my kitchen door,but I finally found the perfect size and she was so helpful all through the process,thank you to her,I can’t remember her name.

El Monte store is easy to get in and out. Pleanty of parking. Garden department was well stocked. Found what I needed at a good price, so I purchased more than 1 set.

I like shopping at the El Monte Home Depot because the employees are very helpful however it is annoying that the parking lot has unlicensed vendors selling fruit and vegetables as well as individuals soliticing in an area where customers could park their vehicles. If someone gets sick from the food sold by unlicensed vendors on your property you will be held liable for damages.

I went to buy a few things and when I got to the garden department, there was mouse and rat feces on the floor by the inventory as well as nests where rat urine and feces was present on stock of waterhoses. There were boxes so dirty I had to wash my hands after touching the inventory

David was working in garden and was very helpful and attentive. He had great suggestions and seemed very knowledgeable.

The cashiers were on top of things and calling customers as they walked up to the line. very punctual! Shelves were very well stocked, the store everything that i needed.

Celeste is the best -she can do it all.

The cashier Azario was terrible in providing customer service by yelling at customers and being inconsiderate of what are the actual needs of the customer, the company and providing service. He should definitely be better trained or terminated all together

Damien went above and beyond to help us. We had been to 2 other Home Depot stores and was very dissatisfied with their lack of help and rudeness. Damien with the assistance of benji looked all over the overstock and located product.

I had a non receipted return of some gutter screens and a screen door handle that did not fit. The retail amount of the product was just under $35. I was told I could not make the return without a receipt and was turned away. I looked at The Home Depot refund policy on line and it states that I can make a return without a receipt so long as I have a valid ID that is approved through a third party site. I had to go back in to the store and ask for an MOD. They tried to pull the wool over my eyes with some made up policy that “started this year” that all returns must have a receipt. If you are operating under The Home Depot umbrella you should follow the corporate policies to the T.

We needed our inside doors and trim painted. Ask Home Depot for advice. They gave us a list and we chose Oceguera Painting Plus - OPP. Very happy.

I love shopping at Home Depot because there are so many things for Home Improvement and lots of good products for the home. The Staff is friendly and are always willing to help the customer, thank you Home Depot in Temple City.

I was greeted at the door, an employee named Manny helped me find what I needed. I was checked out by cashier Maria, and I'm not going to lie she was the nicest cashier I've met, she was very attentive to my needs and even helped apply for a Home Depot credit card. She is the greatest, please give her a day of or a raise, maybe both.
