My purchased fridge was delivered. Never told it would be left in the bottom of my steps and not in the house. Poor customer service when trying to solve the issue. Had to hire person to do it which cost us extra money.

Pam was Very helpful when I asked her about cleaning items. Dixie helped me with checking out and treated me like a friend not just a customer

I like shopping at this store because it is clean, organized and well stocked. If I can not find an item that I need, I can always find an employee that can TAKE ME to the aisle where the item is. The store is clean, well stocked and has nice and friendly employees.

The casher was extremely helpful at the garden check out counter,he was very nice as well.

There should always be an "easy way" to get out of the store with large materials. The new self checkout system is not viable for large items

Top notch employee at the El Toro Road Home Depot in Lake Forest. Took time to help by giving me an alternative fan which just happened to be much less expensive. Overall it was the customer service that earns the employee a great survey

I live in No. Calif. My son lives in So. Calif. I ordered a Traeger Grill as a Xmas gift for my son. Cameron was extremely helpful and Teri was too. VERY MUCH APPRECIATED as I was shopping from a distance. The look on my son’s face when the grill was delivered was just what I hoped to see. Disbelief! Thank you Home Depot!

This store has a major pro shop.. meaning there is a lot of pros that do there business there. In return they seem to keep a lager inventory. I like this store because it will have more then other stores . Others will run out of certain products. Where as this store will have more do to the heavery volume sold . Everyone there is very helpful. Need to know where something, is they will walk you to it . Over all I like home depot . The store on el toro in lake forest is one of my favorites

I came for one thing and to return one thing but decided to purchase a few more items carrying everything with my hands and arms. A sales associate, a young gentleman, saw me struggling and actually came to me with a cart he went to get when he saw me having a hard time and asked if I would like to use the cart. Great awareness, professional, courteous and friendly. Very grateful for his kindness. I wish I had his name! Well done whoever you were. Thank you! Keep being a hero to the ladies : )

My local Home Depot In Lake Forest, CA on El Toro Rd., Always has what I need 99.99% of the time. The sales staff and customer service is excellent and accommodating. I recommend the store for all your home improvement needs with easy access to the f(5) freeway.

I have always received great customer service from this store. The garden dept has very informative employees. The few times I've needed paint, they have answered all my questions so I can get my project completed. I recently bought a fan plus a drill and the sales associate was very helpful, reaching a high, heavy box and putting it in the cart for me and making sure I had the right tools for the job.

The guy that helped me, Anthony, told me about getting the Pro Xtra card and got me a great deal on a drill I needed in a hurry.

Every time I go into the Lake Forest, Home Depot location. The employees are extremely helpful. From the paint department to the checkout line, everyone is extremely helpful and will always put a smile on your face.

All items in stock. Angel P. did an outstanding job locating and pulling stock of Milwaukee power tools that were locked up. I have been to other locations and sometimes dealing with the locked tools can be a very time consuming experience. Angel P. saved me a ton of time and was extremely professional and customer oriented.

LAST WEEK we were in a hurry at the El Toro store, in the shower accessories department, and couldn't find the item the website said was in stock. This HD employee came down the aisle, answering questions from two other customers, and recognized our look of urgency, and without missing a beat, while still helping the other folks, checked stock, found our item on a high shelf, and while still helping three other people, and answering questions, brought over a ladder and retrieved our desired item. Multi tasking at it's finest. Then TODAY, I had a question about a chip read error at checkout yesterday, and Lindsey took my call without hesitation. She was friendly, courteous, answered my question, and solved the issue WAY beyond my expectations. I gotta say, we like this store, good people, five star customer service.

The staff is so pleasant and extremely helpful! I have had a great experience at this location each time I’ve gone.
