I live walking distance from this store and have ben a contractor for 25yrs. + So I can say I have see a few stores in my time and I'm so happy and satisfied with this Lake forest / El Toro store/ Second Home!! I was here the first day it opened I'm there just about every morning and love his Store!!

I did an online order to pick up in store. It took until the next day to get an email that my order was ready. I show up and have to wait in the line for about 20 minutes. I then sign for the goods. I wait again for about 10 minutes. Then I am told they don’t have or cannot find my order. I then have to wait 5 minutes for a register to open up to get a refund. I only wish I could give negative stars.

I have been to a few Home Depots and this one has the nicest employees, if you need help at the customer service desk hope that you get Carol's help. She seems serious but she gets the job done!

I always get friendly, helpful service in all departments at the Lake Forest Home Depot.

Terrible for garage door install. I come to this and other home depots a lot. Mostly things are fine. This time I just needed a garage door opener and have it installed. I knew the model, and verified it was in stock. Got the opener without issues, but couldn't find anyone to talk to about getting it installed. I was sent to three different places, one of which was empty. The returns/service desk told me to talk to the one person doing returns that had a line going out the door. So I waited, and waited. Finally got her help. great, except she didn't know to input a install order in the computer. And the four other people either didn't know, or made it worse. An hour later finally got it in the computer and paid. The installer is supposed to call within two business days. Well, two days later and I am still waiting for a call. So I call the store, they are too busy (surprise), and say the will call me back in twenty minutes. Twenty minutes has long passed. I will call again...

It's a good Home Depot. Say hi to Leesa, she's awesome!

This store has some of the friendliest and product knowledgeable employees around. It's check out lines are also very fast.

I love this store! The customer service is top notch and I can always find someone to help me who is knowledgeable about the products. I usually use the self checkout unless I have big bulky items, and when I do, the cashiers are so nice and very helpful. Thank you Home Depot! Keep up the good work.

The store has a massive inventory, and I can always find everything I need for my home. The store is always clean and well-stocked. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I go to this store all of my home improvement needs.

This store is almost full of the items needed by home- residents. Almost anything from smallest to largest as well as garden works needed items, you will 99% find there. Friendly facing of personnel is one of the most characteristics of this store, most viewed. It is overall reliable shop center for related items to home/apartment- residents as well as garden- keeping lovers!Al

Well stocked and clean, and the employees are generally pretty nice and helpful.

Dawn is very courteous and helpful to customers. Even offered to carryout my purchase to car.

Had my fan in stock (another customer drove here from Dana Point for the same fan). Ordered the fan online and picked up and checked out quickly. Customer service is very good. Not long wait.

- the customer service employees and the cashiers are usually helpful and friendly. - its the men on the floor in the different departments that are neither helpful nor friendly - and it's generally the older male employees that behave as if they are doing me a favor or that I am a bother (except of course during a survey period)

Always have what I need and it's always where the website store map said it would be. Knowing exactly where to go makes shopping a breeze!!

The El Toro Home Depot is well-managed with a good stock on just about anything one could need for a home or apartment. Home Depot's prices are usually much lower than other stores of its kind. Each department is staffed with knowledgeable employees willing to help with your needs. We have always enjoyed shopping for all our home needs, landscaping ideas and all the products to keep our plants well-fed and bug-free. Each trip to Home Depot is exceptional in that the customer service is so nice. If they don't have what we're looking for, all we need do is to ask and they'll look for other Home Depot stores that carry the item(s). Also, it's good to go online to check out the sales before going to the store OR order it in advance and wait for an email letting you know that the item you want is ready for pick-up.

As one of the largest Home Depot stores in the area, it carries more stuff than most other stores in the area.

Best prices on the items I purchase on a regular basis always my first choice to find what I need I don't know why they dont use hand baskets to carry merchandise when you dont need or want to push a cart Not unusual for me to stop shopping when not able to carry any more

I think Home Depot hires the best people that are knowledgeable and really "like" their area of expertise. They always have answers to your questions and are super helpful. Other big chains (Rhymes with Hose)... they just hire people that have no experience or back ground.. they are just order takers. Home Depot gives a great customer experience! My last shopping trip to the El Toro store and Manager Brendan - was another great reason I will always come back to Home Depot!

I had a really great experience at this location. There were more employees working, so it was easy to find help. They even approached me asking if I needed help which was great! Everyone seemed to be smiling and it was just a nice environment here. I go here every now and then, but this was the first time I noticed their customer service was on point.

Great Staff....makes a huge difference in the consumer experience.
