Reasonably clean and quiet (ambient noise). Self-check-out is easy to use.

Store associates are always kind and helpful. Found what I need very quickly. Store is always very clean.

I had to wait behind an in-aisle display while other shoppers went by before I could get to where I wanted to be. I get that it's Christmas shopping time but there is SO MUCH stuff in the aisles that I may consider going elsewhere to to avoid the crunch.

Had a great experience in the appliance dept. The associate was right there to wait on us and helped us a great deal in deciding which range we needed and what was best for the $. Very friendly and helpful. We had been another place b efore and couldn't get waited on . So glad we left and went to Home Depot

It was a nice experience overall. Fast service, found what i was looking for quickly. It made shopping less of a hassle.

IF YOU BRING A BAG FROM ANOTHER STORE.... dont bring it in the self service checkout associate will give you a bad look.....sorry i dont have a car.....

I can always get knowledgeable input at this Home Depot. I especially appreciate the associates in the nursery, the department I end up in the most often! They've provided good advice and creative solutions to some of my gardening issues. There is always someone available to put the heavier items in my car. Lake Forest Home Depot is large and airy providing a very pleasant shopping experience

I love this store. It has everything you need for your home. The garden dept is very nice and has a nice selection of plants. Thanks! I love the ladies in the paint dept., Barbara and another lady who I'm sorry I don't remember her name. Great job!

I simply needed to swap out a can of spray paint that wasn't working and return a product. Crystal was right there told me to go back and get what I needed and when i returned the entire process took less than 2 minutes. What impressed me the most was her smile and friendliness. For some it's not a big deal, but for me, it just shows that she simply attended to the customer and got the job done.

We were in a rush to get back to our project - found what we needed, paid and were out in a jiff!

Store was in great condition and a lot of items were in stock. Employees were helpful but sometimes seemed scarce in the Appliance sections.

went in to find a hard to find item that was out of stock at several other locations. Leesa at the front desk was quick to help out, and then I was sent back to the department where the service was exceptional.

I had a great experience choosing flowers and plants for my garden. John in gardening helped me out and we spent a good amount of time looking for the right plants. I had a ton of questions about how much to water? When to water? What plants won't burn by the sun? Which plants are good in the shade? John answered all my questions an he was very knowledgable too! I chose two beautiful plants that look great at my place and I am very happy with my purchase. I am excited to go back to HomeDepot and gradually grow my garden! I think the prices for plants are reasonable and they have a wide variety to choose from.

I appreciated the efficiency, but also the friendliness, of the cashier in the garden department and her offer of help with bringing my purchases to my car. I'm quite able-bodied, but it was nice to be asked if I'd like help on a hot summer's day. The young man who loaded the large bags of bark in my car acted as though it was a pleasure to help. :)

Always have my items in stock, I can always locate an associate and the cashiers are always pleasant.

This store is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The store associates are always friendly and willing to help. If they do not know the answer to your question, they will seek the advice of other employees.

I am one of the people in so. Cal removing my lawn and using sandstone for a retaining wall. The associate made it easy, helped me to find the product, colors, availability and set up delivery all within 30 mins.

The parking was was very crowded and I was pleasantly surprised to see 2 spaces reserved for "Veterans". As a disabled Vietnam Marine veteran, I was overcome by Home Depot's concern for us veterans. I will tell my fellow vet buddies about how Home Depot honors us. Thank you!

Of the three Home Depot stores within a 6 mile radius of my home, this one stands out for it's customer service, product selection and staff friendliness. Am never disappointed. Stellar!
