I always shop for my hardware and landscaping needs at this store. I would recommend speed bumps infront of the store for safety.

Wait time for employee assistance is incredibly long. Supervisor ignores you and makes you feel like you’re blind and cannot see product behind other items.

Excellent service from a sale representative George Curry. I would suggest he be your first point of contact in the Appliance department.

I will only go to this particular location because of the Store Manager PRISCILLA. She is AMAZING! She took the time to listen to my complaint and because of her demeanor she made me feel like I could trust her and that she would provide the best customer service she could, and she did. Home Depot made a GREAT move by making her the Store Manager. Priscilla is a GREAT find and ASSET.

Returned here hoping Eli was still working here after 5 years and thankfully he was. Eli is very patience, offers his expertise, and is very kind. We were pleasantly surprised to have him help us with a washer, dryer, and garage fridge as he has assisted us with kitchen appliances in the past. I recommend seeing him is you are purchasing appliances. We were also happy with Home Depot having the items in stock for fast delivery too! Thank you Eli for your service..... we appreciate you!

I was looking for specific plumbing fittings that I couldn’t find at Lowe’s and the sales associate was very knowledgeable and was able to help me figure out what I needed for what I was doing. I was very happy with the help.

Don’t expect customer service, it’s pretty much non-existent.

ELi was very professional and helped us with all our questions and most important listened to our concerns. ELi was very patient knowledgeable friendly with a great smile and was very through with attention to details on the washing machine we purchased. Social distancing was a plus which he was professional portraying. Eli was probably your best AAA+ associate we had ever encountered at the homedepot out of all the homedepots we visited throughout our lifetime. Because of Eli we are HAPPY!!!!

Employee was not knowledgeable. The wood floor I was ordering come from an outside vendor which I wasn’t informed of . When I wanted to change to a different color, I was later told I could only do that within 45 mins after purchasing which I was never told.

This store is very clean, has great product layout, and employees are very helpful.

Poor customer service. Placed will call and 5 hours later it was not ready. Manager couldn’t even apologize.

My husband and I were looking for a stackable washer and dryer. We had just had an extremely terrible experience with delivery drivers from Costco. The salesperson Eli was on a call but could see we needed help. He made sure to make eye contact letting us know he seen us then verbally said he would be right with there. From beginning to end he made our shopping experience so pleasant. He was very knowledgeable as well as kind. Thanks for making a stressful situation so much easier. If only we had met Eli sooner.

We had to do a refund, and the workers were very fast getting us thru the line. Our Cashier was Charlotte, she was very friendly and seemed happy to be working there. Sometimes you get clerks that just go thru the motions but she genuinely seemed to interact with us in a professional way. Made our transaction fun and easy.

Just bought two refrigerators. Eli helped us making our visit pleasant and stress free. I highly recommend visiting this HomeDepot. If you are in need of a household appliance, I recommend talking to Eli.

Knowledgeable and helpful associates. I was in Lumber, power tools and irrigation on my visit today. T.J. and Jose in lumber really helped me find what I needed and measured, cut, and loaded it on my dolly! Thanks guys! Arthur in power tools knew exactly what I needed when I described ti, and made several suggestions for me to choose from. I liked that! Emily at checkout helped me ring up my items and made sure I got my Veterans discount! Then she got someone to help me load the items in my vehicle. Thank you Emily! Thank you to everyone that made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

The attention to detail customer service that I received today 6/28/20 from Jordan Morris was far above any other service I received whether it be in food clothing retail or home improvement. We are new homeowners and we have been to trying to find a place to do the shopping for home improvements and because of this service that I received today from Jordan Morris I will be sure to always shop at Home Depot because of her service

Most of my experiences with this location have been positive. It can get crowded but the employees have done a good job at maintaining good physical distancing. On one occasion they a young woman posted at the self check-out lanes directing traffic and that was very nice. It really helped keep people from bunching up , I really appreciated that. On another occasion I used the curbside pickup and that experience could have been better. I was there early and was the only person in the curbside pickup but it took nearly 20 minutes to get my online order brought out. When they did bring it out , they never asked my name to confirm what I ordered and really didn't even speak to me. They loaded my order on my truck then just walked away. The box was dirty and looked like it had been sitting for a while but luckily my item was not damaged once I checked. I received no thank you , hello or anything. It was like I wasn't even there. I will say most of experiences have been positive so I haven't given up on the store. My inside the store experiences have been better and the garden center has been good as well.

Even though masks are now mandatory in CA at least half of the employees were not wearing masks this morning. I had specific questions to ask so I needed to get close to talk to unmasked employees. Also I had specifically gone to have a key made but was told that the key machine was broken. (I had called yesterday to inquire if this service was available.)

Mostly out of stock due to the high volume of shoppers for 7 days a week. like those patio umbrellas and garden supplies. as i seen it in the store. Basically people are keep on buying for home improvements am one of them thanks Home Depot your local customer.
