This Home Depot's Associates are always friendly, helpful and hard at work. It is one of their best!

GENERALLY HAVE NO PROBLEMS FINDING WHAT I NEED IN A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF TIME. NEVER HAD ANY NEGATIVE ISSUES WITH EMPLOYEES EVERYONE HAS BEEN PLEASANT.

This store was extremely clean and organized! Teresa was Excellent, perfect 10! Roofing shingles should not be placed in a shopping cart, They should remain flat to prevent damage.

Stuff was easy to find and the associates were very helpful.

The store was great to visit and had all the floor care items that I was looking for. Was in and out in a few minutes.

I come to the Ellicott City Home Depot to get all my gardening supplies. They have everything I need and have a great selection of organic seeds and starter plants.

I bought the item before, so I found it easily and checked out without delay.

I always shop this store because it is near my home and they usually have all the products I need for my home. Today i purchased multiple products for my porch project. New screen, patches, etc. They had a lot to choose from. Although an associate was not nearby, usually someone is available to help when needed. Very clean store- friendly associates.

I had an exceptionally great experience at this store earlier this week. The associate who assisted me, George Lands, went entirely out of his way to go far above and beyond what most of us have come to expect of sales associates. He sets a superlative customer service example for any business.

The store was clean and I went and got what I needed then left. I had no problem locating my item, price was reasonable. The item I purchased should have had additional screws for installation. the garage door handle had a threaded screw and a lag screw.....needed item to have 2 lag screws.

When shopping for replacement patio doors we found the sales associate available, knowledgeable, friendly and low pressure. The selection was excellent and we were extremely satisfied.

THE GENTLEMAN HELPED ME LOOKING FOR WHAT I NEEDED AND HELPED ME LOAD TO MY CAR. NEVER HAD SUCH GOOD EXPERIENCE BEFORE. TOTALLY EXCEED MY EXPECTATION.

The employees in the Paint Dept. were courteous and helpful!

Always friendly, and helpful Associates. No problems finding anything, and if I have any questions, they are knowledgeable about product. I don't go on weekends, but never long lines, and like the self check out to help keep little items from clogging lines.

Everytime I enter Into this store a pro cashier always makes my visit the best..

The associate in Appliances was very helpful. I needed a new microwave installed before the start of a tile project but the model I selected was on back order. The associate check which similar models were in stock and offered me a comparable but more expensive model for the same price. I left a very satisfied customer!

The store was clean. I have never run into such a friendly group of associates as I did at this store. Everyone was happy, friendly, and attentive without being over bearing. I will shop at the Ellicott City store before any others.

The associate who willingly helped me find a particular fuse that I was looking for found it immediately. This really helped expedite my shopping trip since I was getting materials for my work. I looked on-line first to make sure the items were in stock, which they were. I copied down the aisle and booth #. When I went to that aisle the web site had marked the wrong aisle. I asked the associate in that aisle and he immediately took me to the correct spot. Very Pleased!

The Ellicott City store seems to be very well run. I'm in it frequently for supplies for home improvement projects - I'm quite a DIYer. Something I particularly enjoyed was a workshop on installing tile floors. The associate that taught the class was knowledgeable as well as entertaining. My first attempt turned out very well as a result of the expert advice I received. My only complaint would be the lack of real, live people cashiers at times. The self-checkouts are easy enough to use, but the cameras are extremely unflattering and if you have an item that doesn't weigh much the automated system can't always figure out what it's supposed to do next so you end up needing someone to come over and override the system. A hassle you don't have to deal with if you're interacting with a person to begin with.

I got Great assistance and was offered many options. They helped me find the most cost effective and best solution. I'll return for sure!

John Korz, associate for Home Depot in the Door and Window department,t was extremely helpful and customer oriented. He helped me select the right storm door for my needs, and took care of all necessary paperwork in a very professional manner. He is a real find for this Home Depot. I heartly recommend you see John for your door and window needs. (Don't be surprised if he is overloaded with customers - he's that good. Just be patient, or set up a personal appointment with him.)
