I like the hours and the customer service is excellent. The selection of plants this year was better than ever and I was able to find everything I needed in one place.

Paul in the Lighting and Light Bulbs dept answered all my questions and provided very helpful insights on a tricky light fixture problem. Thanks also to Tim who was also very helpful. Three other store employees were also very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was at the store for two hours dealing with multiple searches to try to equip a new apartment. The store employees were my key to success that day.

The head Appliance Specialist was extremely knowledgeable and patient giving excellent recommendations for a difficult installation.

Just moved to this area. Each time I have shopped in this store, the employees were exceptionally helpful and pleasant to work with, something many of us know is hard to come by these days. To me, that makes all the difference as to whether I would want to go back to the store and spend my money there or go to their competitors. Keep up the good work!

Nice store and friendly associates. I wish they did not allow pets (other than service animals). Most pet owners are inconsiderate of others allergies. Plus they make a mess on the floor and their owners could care less about cleaning it up. I pity the poor associate who has to go around and clean up dog poop. I gave a below average rating because of the prementioned pets in the store.

All members of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to walk me around the store to locate the items I needed. They did not just point me in the general direction that I needed to go.

This store is one I frequent often as I love a store with everything I need except groceries. I can spend hours just looking around and usually do. Staff is very helpful when needed. The associate in the returns department however was a bit rude. Perhaps she just had a hard day but, so did I. I do not plan on returning anything anytime soon so that unpleasantness will be avoided in the future.

Worst customer service. Cashier argue to offer advertised price. Employees are not willing to assist customers

I can easily find the items I need quickly and get assistance if I can't. I find the employees friendly and courteous.

Informative, friendly employees who will stop what they're doing to help you. Even though, we live in Columbia MD, we always go to this store because of the cleanliness of the store, well marked aisles and of course, the service.

I use the store two to three times a month. Its always enjoyable. Items on sale...price can't be beat.

Store was generally dirty and disorganized. However, with some work I was able to get what I went there for.

The store was clean and well organized. The customer service was terrific thanks to Brittany and the staff were very helpful.

Could see what I needed on pallet on very top shelf. Steve, a truly gifted forklift operator, got it down for me, unwrapped, and checked that it was what I wanted. A real service oriented employee, as were others and at check-out.

There are 4 or 5 other Home Depots that I could shop at. I have found the customer service at the Elliott City location is superior and I will go out of my way to shop there. Keep up the great work!

Don’t bother bringing your lawnmower here for repairs. Did nothing.

Had a great friendly experience today - Betsy in tile went out of her way to help me with my DIY project. This guy in Plumbing pointed me in the right direction 3 times. I needed stuff not in plumbing! The 2 people I spoke with saved me tons of time and knew their stuff. For me - it was a great experience - the check out person was also very nice helping me with my tiles.

I like the easy access to garden and parking. I also like the covered part of inside garden where ,for example the pond stones are stored . I usually shop at Columbia but everything there is out in the open so if recent rainfall you have wet bags and leaking once in the car.

Cashier double charged me and I didn't notice until I was home. I have to make another trip to HD with the kids because they refuse their mistake any other way.

John Kortz provided excellent service during our visit to purchase a door for our garage. He was extremely patient and helpful. We would highly recommend John and the Ellicott City Home Depot Store to our friends and neighbors!

We just bought an old home in the area in need of many repairs and remodel. Home Depot has been our "home away home" as we wrestle with all the hard decisions. Their product selection is massive and so helpful in making these hard decade-long decisions. Better than that is their service. Everyone is smiling and so helpful! During this rebuild, my wife and I are at the store almost daily and it's such a pleasure to be there. Thank you for exceptional service!

I had an excellent store employee, Ryan, who helped me from selection through loading my closet door purchase! This kind of customer service is EXACTLY why this Home Depot is my favorite store for home repair, remodeling, paints, gardening items. I recommend this store and staff to my neighbors and friends.
