MR. DAVE DESERVES SPECIAL ATTENTION BECAUSE HE WAS CONCERNED ABOUT ME AND REALLY TOOK CARE OF ME. I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND COULDN'T GET THE BAG OF MORTAR FROM THE SHELF

Offers more services than Columbia store with helpful staff

Excellent store. Well managed. Professional and knowledgeable employees. They truly make it easy to get in, find what you need and continue with your day. Return policy is excellent particularly for us homeowners who routinely buy the wrong tool (although I think that may be one of life's oxymorons...:-) ---dave c

I will never be returning to this store again. I am new to these types of stores. I went in to buy a mailbox. No one was able to help me. I was sent from person to person. As a last resort I asked a cashier for help locating assistance. I was pointed to the appropriate person, but after asking him to cut a piece of lumber for me he yelled "I'M NOT CUTTING THAT FOR YOU..I simply said "who should I ask?" His reply was I DON'T KNOW AND I DON'T CARE, BUT DON'T ASK ME BECAUSE I'M NOT DOING IT. I Did relay this to the manager who did nothing at all, except cut me off mid-sentence and re-assure me that the young man would help me...guess what? I waited 15 minutes..He came back over and said I told you I wasn't doing it. Now, it's time for me to clock out..I'm definitely not helping you. You should've went and got your own lumber and then asked somebody to cut it. We don't have a maids service for you people. At that point I simply stopped responding to him. Corporate will certainly hear from me.

This is a really great location with an abundance of happy and healthy plants. The garden department staff is really helpful, as are the cashiers at this location. I drive to this location rather than to other Home Depot locations specifically because I've found the employees to be so helpful and kind.

Don't go any where else but ellicott city Home Depot.. you have the best team to satisfy your needs, they move anything to make you happy! Way to Go! Keep up the exceptional work!

Friendly helpful staff in store with good selection of merchandise.

Superior customer service...employees were polite and knowledgeable. No need to shop anywhere else for your home improvement needs.

Overall this store is good and employee very courtesy and explain about materials which makes me to take a decision to buy.

The staff at this location is the best, I always enjoy my trips to this locations. The staff goes above and beyond making sure they make you feel special and helped! We are doing a small front yard project and every time I have gone in I get Katie as my cashier. She is the sweetest!

Nice garden center selection and staff assistance. Staff offered to give me brown paper to cover my car seat before they loaded in my mulch. Have gone there for years for big items and will continue to do so.

As I said, the entire crew were very supportive.

There are two very wonderful enployees that I would return to for assistance .. Tom and Betsy. Both are extremely helpful very personable and very knowledgeable.

Dave, the Specialty Department Supervisor, went above and beyond with customer service. He spent quite a lot of time helping me place an order for a now discontinued type of window shutter and matching the color I requested. I am impressed with Dave's kindness and patience with all customers at this store.

Staff is generally friendly and many are very knowledgeable. The store is easy to navigate and quick to get through line. Just wish the shopping center had bike parking - at least the Home Depot has handicap signs that can be used to lock up.

I am a frequent shopper at this store and never disappointed. Thanks for the great service. Also thanks for being dog friendly, my Golden Retriever " Lexie " allways shops wiith me.

The location is far above and beyond the other local store for their customer service, store cleanliness and generally giving better assistance.

We received great assistance from Sherice and Marion last Sunday when we had an issue with some patio furniture we wished to buy. without hesitation they both helped us with the problem which allowed us to complete the purchase. We will continue to shop for all our household needs at this store.

I have found home depot in general to be very organized and helpful. This store in particular takes it to a new and higher level. Employees are well trained, knowledgable and customer oriented. I recommend doing business here. Cheers!

My go-to store for all home related items. I get great advice, and help finding what I need. Quick in and out and on my way!

They took care of me like a boss. Young man loaded my cart with 20 bags of driveway patch and I did not even have to ask he asked me if he could do that for me. Cashier was awesome and fast as well
