If items are placed in an incorrect location it is not customers fault and should not be given attitude for a $2 discrepancy. Management please inform your employees that not all customers are there to steal. I spent over $200 today for supplies, why should I be provided attitude for a $2 mark down. Please re-educated employees that have this mindset. Thank you

I had 2 great girls help me redo 2 kitchens n 2 baths

I bought the plants but they didn’t grow

I am looking forward to this location to have more salespeople in the window and bathroom. I would recommend this location but advise family and friends it may look for salesman

No one working there cares about helping clients.

Can’t find items, shelves are in a mess and employees can care less trying to help you find your items even though their little hand held scanner says they have an item in stock.

Been shopping here since this location opened ,, and will shop here as long it here

Every time I purchase anything at Home Depot I am approached to see if I need any help. My last experience was in their garden center, and my daughter and I were so impressed by the help that we received.

Customer service was very poor . A Cashier was very rude to several customers.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at Home Depot! The store was well organized, making it easy to find what i needed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions. I found great deals on quality products for my home improvement project. Plus, the checkout process was quick and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone looking to tackle DIY-do it yourself project.

Cleaner, more organized, and more helpful, knowledgeable, staff, and reasonable lines. It used to be a drag to shop here. Now, it is quite enjoyable.

You should have senior citizens day. To help seniors because they won't fix and come

Very good store. do not close the store.

I am a home owner and the Elmont location is my go to for all my repairs & maintenance and online I purchase many other items. Love their rewards program & return policies. And we should respectfully return items following the store policy. My recent visit was getting some shelves and few other items. Mohamed from Building and Lumber section was very helpful. He assisted me with all my items including cutting a few shelves to the size I needed.

So I left a less than satisfied review as a aisle was block off and the person who was suppose to be working on the ladder was to busy ON HIS PERSONNEL CELL PHONE which I was able to get a good look at was playing a game . No I solid not ask his name yes I walk around from another aisle to get that I needed and told him I was coming in .

This is terrible place to shop. Help yourself,no one willing to help.Google it to find something or use Home Depot app .There is no culture of customer service.

I always have to goto another location to get material, this location is missing a lot of items all the time.

Everyone in this store are always helpful. I find it a pleasure shopping here.

Just asking for help at that store is like insulting the very people paid to assist customers. What a place!

I brought over $500 of items online, took 3 items about $30 to return. Took over 30 minutes to return the items with 4 employees and 2nd on line. Your employees just seem not to want to work.

Someone in receiving, by the name of Brown, signed for tiles on July 17 and was never sent to me. I had to investigate my self

You can't find anyone to help, even when sent to customer service they provided no assistance, even when finding a worker they only have one area they said they can help in, customer service then referred me back to the aisle or to drive to another location for what I needed without confirming they had what I needed. The store is a mess, go anywhere else, even online is more efficient

Always out of stop or shelves missing items

The selection at Home Depot is always outstanding, but what makes this store stand out is that the staff is always willing, and happy, to help!

First, the website of the store does not have accurate information about merchandises' availability; second, the workers are not helpful.

Like I said, I was able to find what I needed with out any help. I liked that everything had labels and signs But no employees approached!

Randy earns the gold metal. Exceptional customer service. Put a smile on my face after dealing with a rude employee who was not willing to help. Randy came and saved the day. We need more of RANDY!!! He deserves a RAISE $$$ Randy should train other emplyees on how to give 100% service to customers. Randy will not disappoint. Elmont store us lucky to have him at that location.

Went to buy some Milwaukee tools, Ro the hardware dept. associate is the best. Extremely helpful and courteous.
