While there are new faces working in Enfield all the time, some of the strongest and friendliest are still there! Asst Manager Steve, Jesse in hardware (a fellow veteran), Jenna at the service desk, and Steven from garden just to name a few. These are the employees carrying the store from their positions. They all go out of their way to help me as a customer. Whether I need a pack of screws or a big order, they are always happy to help, greet me with a smile and do whatever they can to make my experience great! I wish there was a bigger way to thank them for all they do for me!

Although the store was very busy, we had no trouble finding employees to help us. Employee at the service booth was very helpful in directing me to aisle I needed. After we choose our wood, Randy, employee at the saw, was very helpful in cutting the wood to fit our need. Kimberly at the check out was friendly and efficient.

If you’re shopping for new kitchen appliances, try to find or ask for Shawna. She was the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and FUN appliance specialist.

STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HELPED ASSEMBLE CHAIRS FOR ME ON THE SPOT EVEN THOUGH THEIR BUILDS HAD LEFT FOR THE DAY.

I bought a Troy-Bilt brush trimmer that was on clearance and there was a 15% discount on it.

Georgie was amazing in appliances. She was so pleasant and helpful. I would go back to her in a heart beat! I will recommend her to my friends and relatives. She was extremely knowledgeable about appliances and the services offered by Home Depot.

I'm an experienced DIYer but know my limitations. I needed help in measuring vertical blinds using industry standards and not only receive this but in a swift fashion! The tech took my measurements of the outer trim and then cut my vertical blind selection to the correct size based on the installation. The next time I need blinds I'll return to this Home Depot!

Shoppers of Enfield Home Depot, if an associate named Janet is working at the customer service desk, do yourself a favor and just leave. I had the displeasure of interacting with her yesterday which started with her yelling about a dog simply walking into the store and ended with her being rude and annoyed that she actually had to do her job and help me with my return. I’ve had good interactions with other associates so I’d still overall give the store 3 stars but I’m warning you run from Janet and definitely don’t let her near your dog - who knows what she would do!

ITS KIND OF FUN TO SHOP THERE

After reviewing two difference competitors for price, product and service I chose Home Depot. I spoke with Dan Hayden about my ideas, and thoughts. Dan was extremely Professional & knowledgeable, he provided me with excellent guidance/suggestions. Dan takes his time answering any questions and never makes you feel rushed. More importantly he would draw up a 3-D drawing so I can see and understand the concept. His customer service skills are exquisite. Dan is a pleasure to work with. The customer service industry people don’t get the kudo’s they deserve. I will return and will deal with only Dan. He is truly a breath of fresh air.

We knew what we wanted and about where to find it. Or so we thought. But since it was partially obscured by a ladder we did not notice it. Friendly and knowledgeable staff (as always) was quick to direct and assist.

Our cashier was very friendly, offered to let our kids scan an item. It made their day! They love scanning things.

We want to give a shout-out to Jose in the Floor Covering Department! He helped us by some snap and click floor tiles for an installation we had to do. We are not pros, but thank goodness we had the guidance of one in Jose!! He redirected our choice of floor covering to a waterproof one rather than water resistant. For this application, we needed that difference to guarantee a long lasting, high performing surface. It was good to talk to someone who has actually installed the product, so he knew how to guide us in handling the product. He was very responsive, well informed and exactly the kind of team member who makes Home Depot the preferred destination for all home improvement transactions in our family!! Thanks, Jose!

Just moved to southern MA and this is the closest store. The two times I went so far, the staff was very nice and helpful. I can recommend it.

The Enfield Home Depot is a clean, staff friendly, store. Sale items are always in stock. Store staff is always ready to help if you need help. The store layout is very good and the selections and variety of products are excellent!

I have been to other Home Depot stores and it seems that there are not enough employees around to help when you need them. Enfield Home Depot is the best one to shop at. I only result to others if the one in Enfield doesn’t have the full stock that I need.

Very pleased with customer service, easy access to products. Employees on floor very pleasant and concerned about satisfying the customer.

Helpful employees that answer any questions and will show you the products you need. They will listen to your need and help with a solution . Good help when you ask for it.

Gloria was awesome she took the time locate the grill I was looking for, she made the process easy.

I have been using this Home Depot since it opened. Of course, the experience may not always be stellar, but for the majority of my visits the employees have been very helpful and the store had adequate inventory and was well kept. The personal help that I have gotten making special orders is notable.

LaSherrie and Griffin in the flooring department are exceptional employees. My husband and I ordered flooring online and our project became larger than expected, we ordered another case of flooring and went to the store to pick it up, but it was no where to be found and it was not available for purchase online or at another store. We were put in contact with LaSherrie and she stated she would do everything she could to help us locate another case and even had some suggestions for another type of flooring in the event she could not locate another case for us. That evening we went back to the store and were looking at available options for new flooring Griffin greated us and asked if he could help, we explained what happened and he spent the next 40 minutes walking the flooring department with us trying to help us find a new flooring option. Long story short we ended up finding a replacement floor and it was all due to these two employees caring and making a horrible situation better!! Because of them I will continue to shop at this store.

Francis is an awful manager. She lies to frequent customers, lied about speaking a manager in another store to verify a pro experts sale. She accused the customer of theft without actually looking at the receipt. No customer service skills. Lost a customer at this store for sure.

Bobbi in kitchen/flooring design in Enfield, CT was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very personable. She patiently answered all of our questions, ensured that all aspects of the sale were completely accurate, and truly was a pleasure to work with. She made our sale an extremely pleasant one.
