Every time I walk into this store I feel like I am among family and friends, every one is so friendly and ready assist.

This is my go-to spot in Enfield when we're working on home projects. We recently finished a long-term home renovation of the course of 10 years...and now we've moved on to our new, and what I hope is my forever home. After 10 years in Enfield, between two fixer upper homes, I don't know if I could have done it without the staff at this store. They have helped me save money, time, and sanity. Not to mention, they do have an amazing selection. I know there's a lot of issues that people have with what you deem to be big box stores, but when we initially tried to seek out better deals, more variety, or go our own way, we ended up spending more money, having more frustration, and missed out on variety. There is a lot to be said about the selection at this store, but the staff and expertise maximizes your value and opportunity!

This is the areas best Home Depot. And I shop in Manchester, Wilbraham, West Springfield, West Hartford, Chicopee, Westfield....Store #6214 always outshines the rest with its stock, organization, and people. And for comparison, West Springfield is the worst.

Janet and Ashley at the service desk are perhaps two of the best retail folks I have ever encountered. If they do not run the store, they should.

We always go to the Enfield Home Depot when looking to do any home improvement or are in need of a new appliance. I knew what I wanted when I arrived and luckily was able to get assistance quickly. The store is always clean and I always find what I’m looking for. Associates are always friendly and helpful and aim to make me completely happy when I leave.

The Enfield Home Depot has all ways given me a pleasant experience each time that I have gone there and their employees have for the most part been very helpful.

I have been disappointed in this store in the past. This visit was a pleasure and there is a noticeable difference in the employee spirit of helping. It is a good place to come again!

I like shopping at the Enfield, CT Home Depot. The employees are knowledgeable, co, curteous and friendly. I like the hours, stock is usually good and the location is convenient. About the only thing I'd love to see is a tool rental department!

The store was very neat and clean. Associates were very friendly as you walked through. I needed help in the hardware department and a very nice gentleman took the time and patience to fine exactly what I needed.

Best place for me to shop for the items I need for projects I am working on. Always find the what I need and always find assistance when I need it. Store was clean and always is and yes the associates were friendly and helpful

I recently used Home Depot for a carpet install and vinyl plank install. Bobbi was very helpful in guiding me through the process. The installers were there in a few weeks and very diligently did an excellent job. When I discovered hardwood floors under some other carpet, they were able to remove the old carpet and said I could return the vinyl planks. I worked with Katrina to organize the pickup and she sent Tom who kindly took the 11 boxes on flooring which I was not able to transport myself. I am very pleased with my experience!

We purchased kitchen cabinets at Home Depot in Enfield, CT. Kellie was very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us design and order our new kitchen cabinets.

Stefan in the hardware department was really helpful, professional and friendly. A great employee to have!

Friendly Help,Clean store,easy check out

I'm as I am sure that most customers are with this particular home depot. Besides, the stores having a couple of cashiers that feel that they are doing you a favor by waiting on you and when they wait on you, it is evident that they work at home depot for a paycheck and do not consider that the customer being waited on by them may be asking himself or herself, do I want to come back to this store that has has great products but lousy service. I say again, overall this home depot and employees are very friendly and helpful, but the check out experiences may take them to a different store next time they want to buy a product and worse yet they will tell their friends about the check out service and recommend their friends buy some where else.

Guy aprons are not that friendly , always talking to each other and not helping customers.

great place to buy all your home improvement needs

Customer support people work with me most of the time. Had excellent help finding, then loading, the mower into my car. I had to return the defective mower and had no hassle with an exchange. They are helpful and quick here.

I really like Home Depot and have spent a lot of money there,but they really need to update their computers, including inventory. The efficiency and happy customers would justify the cost.

This is an Amazing store.. Products are abound and the.people are fantastic...sometimes the store is not at it's best cleanly wise but I always find what I am looking for and if not there is always someone to help me find it.
