I visit many Home Depot stores many times I think the need a" HANDYMAN" (HA HA) AROUND HERE. small things a screw missing or falling out restrooms classic example your customers tear things up something awful. not complaining just recognising facks you have a big job keeping up with them

This store has some of the friendliest employees ever. They are always quick to help with whatever I need help with and they always have smiles on their faces. This store is well stocked and always has what I am looking for. My dogs love this store store as well and the staff are always happy to see them!!

This is the best Home Depot in North San Diego County. Everyone is always so friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you get the customer service you deserve. They even have a constant custodial staff keeping the building clean. It is incredible environment and tops all other Home Depots I have shopped at.

LOVE THIS STORE. EVERYONE IS SO FRIENDLY. PEOPLE LIKE ROLANDA DESERVE A RAISE. EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE IN THAT STORE ACKNOWLEDGED US. SO COOL. BEST PART ABOUT MY VISIT TODAY, I WENT INTO THE GARDEN CENTER AND WAS GREETED BY A SWEET CAT. I THINK HE LIVES THERE BUT WAS SO SWEET.

Had to duplicate a key for a new Schlage lockset. I was worried the duplicate key would not work as well, but this new Laser key making tool made a great key. Works perfectly. My experience in the past was duplicates always were a little off and required jiggling to make them work. This new tool for making keys works well. I know Lowes doesn't have it yet.

This has been the third visit I have made where common pvc fittings are not on shelves and nobody around to ask

Whether we go to Home depot for a few plants or home improvement items we know we can get what we need there. The associates are very friendly and helpful. It is enjoyable shopping at Home Depot.

By far THE BEST Home Depot store! Easy to find employees that are ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. STELLAR customer service all around. On a tight budget with lots of upgrades/remodels to an older mobile home we are excited (in a good way) and confident in our purchases. Several items were available online only and all deliveries were easily trackable, exactly what was ordered, arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition.

Everything went well and smoothly. The cashier was friendly and cheerful.

The staff at the #1053 Escondido Store went over board to fine me an item that broke. The item had been pulled from it's normal shelf spot and they found it. This saved me a lot of time and money. The store has numerous knowledgeable people, so use them.

I had to pick up some parts I ordered on-line and having experience with other customer service reps at other places, I did not know what to expect. I was met at the customer service desk with a smile and Shelby made my day. She was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. When I left the store, I felt like I had made a new friend. I do love my Home Depot and it's because of people like Shelby.

every thing was available but the two by twos had been cherry picked so I had to sift through them because they weren't backin order but piled up my project didn't require the best of materials but was some what of a pain to go through others piles

I am disabled so require a lot of help. Cashiers and greeter facilitate assistance, always.

Tom found and installed the hardware I needed for a youth bed! Talk about going above and beyond. He then helped me load the bed into my car! Amazing Service!

There are always people to help, and they are friendly.

The cashier made sure I got help loading my van. I had 10 bags of sand, and it is hard for me to push the cart out to the parking lot. I really appreciated her making sure I got help, and I did not have to wait.

We needed material to soundproof our windows so we did not have to purchase expensive windows to block out road noise. I had an idea what I wanted to do, but was not sure what material would work. Rito helped us select material that would work, even though is was not specifically designed to do what I needed, and cut the product so we could fit it in when we got home. His help was greatly appreciated, because some times my crazy ideas leave people stumped, but he completely understood what I needed to accomplish, and provided the help I needed. The other associates are also great! From the greeter to the cashier, everyone is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Love this store and we will not shop for home improvement anywhere else.

If you need anything in lumber, Martin is your go-to guy! He went above and beyond and spent substantial time with us. Very knowledgable, other employees were consulting him to help customers. Thanks Martin!

Love this store! Customer service is the best. Always someone there for you.

The store was very busy, yet all the available employees were extremely helpful and knowledgable. It was a very warm day and employees were handing out waters and Gatorade which was above and blond what they needed to do. This has always been my Home Depot of choice and I highly recommend this location
