I have never been to Evanston IL, USA. I live in Ontario, Canada. Many hundreds of miles Ava’s. Why am I continuing to receive receipts for purchases at that store. This is the 2nd one this month. Is someone steeling my identity and using my credit card? Or alternatively a sleepy clerk typed in the wrong “text to” phone #. Please investigate and let me know what you’ve discovered, so I can contact the Capital One Mastercard fraud centre. Thx

I have generally had a good experience at this Home Depot with all employees, just tonight I had a particularly good interaction with an employee at checkout named LaTanya. She was exceptional In deftly jumping in to help me as a sidled up a cartful of plants to the self-checkout. I felt totally taken care of and twice as confident that I made the right purchases because of her caring assistance. The amount I spent was $276.25 after taxes for plants I regard as personal healthcare.

Jaimie assisted us in the purchase of a new washer and dryer. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and walked us through our decision making. He anticipated all our questions and needs and made sure we had all the parts we needed for instillation.

I’m so anxious for spring that I went to THD Evanston to see what flowers they had in stock. I was not disappointed! I was able to purchase dropin planters of petunias at a good price and in door/out door potting soil.

I found this store to be very neat and well stocked and not picked over like some stores can get. I’ve never had a problem getting help with a product selection or check out or even loading my truck when needed.

I picked up soil for the garden, had a couple of questions which were quickly answered. I went in to pay for my purchase, no waiting in like. When I came out the workers loaded the bags quickly and carefully. Very good experience.

If you are going to need some expert assistance ina repair or some help, I say skip this store I’m sure your time is valuable, and besides they refer you To go else where because the shelf’s were bare

Doug Moore really stepped in and tried to resolve a transaction which started in mid November requiring 3 different deliveries and return of appliances ending 1/6/25!

I complete store and then some. On Black Friday I bought a Christmas tree. It was well priced but I can’t even tell you how many hugh compliments I received. Over the last 20 years I don’t think there is an item that I didn’t buy. I renovate homes to sell and I cinsider Home Depot my partner. Kudos to all at HD

Low customer service is now no customer service. Not even one regular check out lane, all self checkout. Store is messy.

Excellent ordering skills, most courteous and friendly.

Eighty to ninety percent of your lumber area personal are totally useless. Your pro desk personel stand there looking the opposite way to pros like myself who want to check out quickly.

I recently visited Home Depot to purchase a carpet for my home, and I was fortunate enough to have Yasna assist me. Her service was absolutely excellent! She took the time to show me a wide variety of models, explaining the different options, and even created detailed quotes to make the decision process easier. Yasna was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to her outstanding customer service, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend her for anyone shopping for home improvement products!

Self check out was partly out of order. People skipping ahead. Some that needed help being checked out got no help. Terrible.

I went to Home Droot for tomato stakes. Of course, I found several other items I wanted. When I went to check out, I asked the cashier, Tonya, if I could keep my purchases there while I brought my car to the exit. She then left the register and walked outside to bring me a cart. I thought this was really nice! She also gave me pointers on the herbs I bought! I’ve shopped at other Home Depot stores. I like this Evanston store the best!

I would like to shop in this store. Audrey is so helpful and friendly. I wish everyone has his working manner.

Time and time again a gentleman named OC has helped me along with giving me advice. His actions saved me time and money . He is a great representation of what a good associate is

Every time i come to this location no matter if I need a special order or have to confirm a special delivery the pro desk here, especially our acct rep Stan always ensures that my needs get fulfilled and for that I am grateful! If you at this location and Leslie is helping you then you found a unicorn because she is always so helpful, friendly & nice!

On a very-very tight timeline for my projects. 3 employees made it lighting fast to accomplish my goals. Randal Marks, (Pro Sales) Lance & Mamma Joy were the best of the best. They helped me and were patient with me. 1st class employees.

Mallory at the pro desk is the best. She’s very professional, efficient, and pays attention to detail. Mallory always gets me checked in and out quickly, as time is money. She does all this while smiling and maintaining a positive attitude.

It can be annoying to have to interrupt your project to run for a few pieces you forgot or suddenly have decided to add, but this Home Depot makes quick work of getting what you need. I am always happy that Home Depot stores are all organized nearly the same way and have great signage because you can navigate the huge space quickly, however this store has extra helpful staff who know where to find every little thing, stop what they're doing to ask how they can help and are in pleasant moods. I prefer this store over others. Lisa was a great cashier and everyone we talked to was helpful. The store is well stocked, well organized and very clean. It was a pleasure to shop here and it's never a wasted stop!

I had a good experience today. I was having trouble locating an item, and one of the associates happily pointed me in the right direction. I was able to find when I needed very quickly. Also, someone asked me how I was doing today, and I told her not very well because I had gotten a divorce, and today was Valentine’s Day. This lovely young lady shared, a story with me that made me feel so much better and brought a tear to my eye. I wish I knew the names of these two ladies because they were both so incredible.

I am done shopping at Home Depot. Self check is the only option. Due to items I was purchasing employees had to come over 3 times to approve the purchase. Just hire people to do the job or give me a 30% discount for doing it myself. I do not work for this company why am I forced to work?

I want to give a shout out for the woman who helped me in the paint department. This was not the first time she has helped me. She was so lovely to work with: kind and caring. She was interested in my project and knowledgeable about what products were needed to get the job done well.

I was at this site and needed to have some plywood custom cut. Kevin came over promptly and did a great job. He was very professional and kind. Jaki at the checkout was very helpful and efficient. I will definitely return to this store when future needs arise.

I'm a regular at this Home Depot store and find it well-stocked with helpful people and generally good prices.

Home Depot lady screamed at me "get in the line XXXXi aint got time for your XXXX", and that's the most offended after shopping at this store in 20 years.

My EXPERIENCE with Associates NIKKI at the Evanston Oakton Street- Anthony Otano as manager, was Excellent. Nikki stuck by my side until I didn't need more of her time. My EXPERIENCE with Nikki also fluttered me with a whirlwind of knowledge, understanding and wisdom in my stressful situation. As a former Manager in the retail field I hoped for an associate like NIKKI who can build loyalty shoppers. PLEASE ELEVATE NIKKI TO A MANAGERIAL STATUS ECT.. with full training.
