This particular Home Depot was well staffed with knowledgeable associates. I had contact with several associates in different departments...all were very helpful. The store was very clean and was readying for the "Merry Christmas" season around the corner. The store was not lacking in product. I was very impressed on this visit...not like the past remembrances of shopping at this particular store. May all reading this have a great Thanksgiving and a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

This store is above the normal Home Depot. Everyone is knowledgeable and courteous. I have never had a bad experience.

I think Home Depot does a better job of having enough floor help. And they seem to ask if you need help better than other home improvement stores. The products seem easier to locate and they seem to be the only place I can find RYOBI battery operated power tools.

I recently completed a fence project. Home Depot's products worked well, and their associates were friendly and helpful throughout the process.

The store was clean and orderly and I found what I was looking for easily. There was a good supply of plants and the associates were very friendly and helpful.

Shopping at Home Depot in Evansville, IN is a wonderful experience. Products are easy to find and store associates are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what you need. They are also friendly and go out of their way to assist in finding what you need as well as advising on how the products work. The store is very clean with everything in their place and a place for everything. I would say that if you are looking for something and you can't find it at Home Depot, you probably don't need it! I'm looking forward to my next visit.

nice store, Staff helpful when you need it

This is, overall, a good Home Depot. John from the front area by pick up and tool rental, was very helpul in helping me locate an order that was apparently misplaced. Which is more than I can say for the appliances area employeee, Kerby, who actually sold us the appliances and was unwilling to help us figure out the problem when it came time for us to pick them up. I was disappointed with this interaction in the store with this employee because we generally don’t have any problems. That being said i’ve Never encountered a bad attitude or unwillingness to help a customer aside from that incident.

Almost always get excellent service from this location. I have been a customer many times over the last few decades. Only had an issue one time that I could not get resolved by the manager. Only seen this particular manager there that one time and not since then. I assume they realized he was not up to their standards. Other than that very good service here. I will continue to shop Home Depot. I am an avid DYIer and really like the Ryobi tool line.
