I absolutely love everything about Home Depot, but my favorite is the Garden center. There's always a wonderful selection of reasonably priced plans and garden necessities. The employees are always very helpful and friendly.

After COVID the old hands had left and the sore was full of new hires who had a lot to learn about product, customer service, and how to work. since then it is obvious there has been a good deal of effort put into training. Great store most people I have met care and work at their jobs.

I bought this orange color tool box toda, I put all hand tools into it today

Splitter works good but the help trying to get it was horrible I would not buy anything that expensive there again no one knew anything about it was rude to my worker who went to pick it up. I had to leave work to go down and talk to the manager then we did not get all the parts that were suppose to come with it. No one knew anything even though we showed them the ad. Had to get angry to get them and still did not get all of them. Went to another store and got the rest of the parts.

We had an employee who showed us where the product we needed was. Then finding none in stock, he made certain the sales associate checked availability at another store. Friendly. Courteous. Knowledge of products were impressive.

I wrote a review praising the Everett Millwork Department, but I regret that I have to take it all back. I just found out that there's yet another glitch in my door order: something to do with an I.T. problem this time, and after 5 months of wrestling with these guys, my door is still not on order.

I was greeted with a disinterested grunt of “what’s up?” I told him the mix of paint I needed. With no response, he entered it in the computer, got the paint, mixed the paint, and handed me the can with no additional interaction or words. This was an extreme exception to service I normally receive at the store

Paid Home Depot to deliver dirt. It was to be delivered on Saturday. Was not contacted and now at 1:00 PM on Sunday still no contact.

The Lady Samantha in Tiles/countertops was excellent, very Knowledgeable, felt very comfortable in purchasing. And other employees were very helpful.

Having the police in the parking lot has definitely cut down on a lot of the riffraff that we have seen over there. Thank you Home Depot for letting us shop at the Everett store again by doing this.

Every associate I've ever dealt with at this store has been pleasant and helpful. My only gripe is that there is a shortage of help at checkout registers with only one register being occupied by an associate. Self checkout is usually OK but not always. I would like to see more staff occupied registers.

With rapid change all around us in almost every part of our lives, we can still rely on Home Depot to be there for us.

Home Depot does not have any control over delivery dates and times for things that they purchase for your orders online. They will promise a specific date and then when you find that the dates will not be met...Home Depot says "we have no control over this" leaving you wondering if and when things will arrive, Most inconvenient.

I would only shop at Home Depot because of the service and it seamed every employee wanted to help and had knowledge of there department, Now it is absolutely the worst store beside wallmart , No one wants to work , no one has any knowledge of what there selling , and most of all , its employees are horrible rude people i am very disappointed Home Depot let this happen to there stores

All the other HD locations in the area pale in comparison to the Everett store. The customer service here is second to none.

Took 45 days to get my garage door and then it showed up missing parts for the track. Once i figured out what parts were missing i went in thinking they would overnight the parts to me but NOPE!!!! told me 7-10 days and the home depot employee had no intrest in helping so asked for the manager and he at least had a brian

In several recent visits to Everett Home Depot (Airport Rd/Hwy99) I have noticed how few employees are to be found in any of the departments. They all seem to be congregated at the front check out area. Have to search the aisles for anyone to help. Then when I do find someone, they are busy helping a customer (or 2) ahead of me. NOT ENOUGH STAFF on site. And at least half the time, instead of going with me to find what I need, they just point and say something like "Try down aisle 9 down toward the end". I have shopped here since they first built this place. When it first opened, I looked forward to shopping here. There were plenty of staff who where friendly and would go with me to find exactly what I needed and stay to answer any questions. Those days are gone. The few employees who work here now seemed harried and overworked. And it is hard to find them and NO WAY TO SIGNAL from within the department that I need help. I have a cane, and it is really painful to have to walk all over to find someone to help.

Had what I needed, just way too much crime causing this location to lock everything up, which is super annoying to contractors who just need to get in get the tool or whatever and get out ... preferably without requiring the availability of a specific department head. It is truly sad.

Lanna Jim and the entire crew went out of their way to help me. I’m an older retired Senior and couldn’t be happier with all the assistance they gave me. I needed assistance with getting items off a high shelf. They expertly handled everything. Thank you so much for all your help and support. Ann

Horrible experience at the millwork department. The installer that Home Depot contracts with did not come to his installation appointment (basically completely blew off the appointment). He then lied and said I was not present when in fact. Total waste of time.

I found a washer /dryer set online. Went in the store to see in person and the the sales team was was able to get me an even better deal. I was extremely impressed that a manager showed the sales person an easier way to do something on the computer and then her manager was able ñ3

I purchased a tool chest that I had to leave in the store to pick up the next day. I returned on 7/21/24 and I was not getting adequate help from anyone to point to where I can find my purchase. I was directed over yo customer service, when I get there, I explain what I need. The person at the register seemed uninterested in helping. He said he didn’t know where I could find it but told me to go ask the people at the check out line. I explained to him that those people directed me over to him a few minutes before. He said he didn’t know then. He then said he couldn’t help me. I asked if he could help by calling someone over that could help. He said there was nobody that could help. Luckily Roxxy at the adjacent register overheard my conundrum. Roxy suggested to the gentleman that he could let the manager know. He, without calling for the manager, asked me to step to the side and said that she should walk over eventually. I asked if he could call her by phone but he said he could not. Luckily, Roxxy suggested to him to call her over the intercom. I waited a few minutes but no one showed up. Roxxy finished with her customer and she took the initiative to walk with me and help me find what I was looking for! I was pleased and impressed by this. Roxxy should be made into a supervisor. This is the type of customer service that should be the standard!

I was looking for an aluminum folding outdoor chair but found something nicer and more sturdy, in the chair I got, and, at a great price compared to what I was seeing in a general search online. All the outdoor furniture was displayed very neatly right near the door. The nice woman at self-checkout answered my questions about other selections pleasantly and efficiently. Thank you.

Today there was a guy harassing Keith the checker in the garden center at Home Depot on 99 and that guy would not back down. Keith was professional and calm throughout the whole situation and eventually the police came and made the guy leave. Keith was awesome. Kudos to you dude, you did all the right stuff!

Been rehabbing 25 years. Been to many Home Depots.Will continue to shop there.
