I'd stopped using this Home Depot because it was dirty outside and because inside the employees were a nightmare. I only visited if Lowell's didn't have what I was looking for. About a month ago, I had a painting project and went to this Home Depot because it was close and was prepared for the worst. What a surprise! On my first visit for this project, James, the manager, saw me wandering lost and stopped and helped me out and was professional, courteous and friendly. On two subsequent visits for the same project, the paint department folks were not only friendly and helpful, but knowledgeable! Two young men in lumber were able to help me decide about materials I'd need; they were respectful and knowledgeable. I actually ended up saving money as well as getting everything I needed to complete the two projects. This store has turned itself around. I won't be driving the extra miles to visit Lowell's anymore; I'll just drive to my local Home Depot. Great job, folks!

The staff was extremely helpful. It was apparently obvious I needed help. I did not have to track anyone down. They asked me if they could be any help. She was very helpful and encouraging. I left feeling I could complete my task and move on to the next. I will only shop at Home Depot with home and garden projects.

Even though the "other home improvement store" is waaaay closer to my home, I will drive out of my way, through rush-hour traffic, to get the impeccable customer service and quality of goods from a Home Depot. The BEST!

This store is located on the southeast corner of Airport Road and Evergreen Way, a busy area. It's an area that doesn't have a great reputation for safety, yet the lot isn't well lit. It also isn't as easy as other Home Depots to get in and out of. Inside, it is huge, dark, and cluttered, which can be overwhelming for some of us. Fortunately, I had looked up my items online ahead of time, and unlike another nearby HD, this one's item locations that they had online were almost all accurate. One item took awhile to find, and a nearby associate passed right by me after helping some folks right next to me, not saying a word. Another item was not in stock and no indication that it was even carried there. Lastly, the sales tax rate in this part of 98204 is 9.8%, higher than parts of King County.

Glad they're finally carrying plenty of Perlite. Need more Cashiers too, I hate self-checkout.

Love shopping at Home Depot. Great products and outstanding service from finding what i want to explaining how I can solve my construction problems to even loading the items purchased into my car.

I went into Home Depot to purchase appliances and the staff was extremely helpful! Above and beyond what I expected. They knew everything about each particular appliance and I ended up picking out a great set for an even better price.

We need a board cut and a specialty key made. The man in the lumber department was helpful and nice. So was the gentleman who cut a specialty key that had to be programmed. We checked out at a self checkout, but had a large item. The sales associate there was also friendly and helpful.

The best shopping experience in my experience is repeatedly HD. The competitor, which is much closer to my home does not provide the customer service nor do they stay as well stocked with what I need as HD.

I've been a loyal Lowes fan this past decade but customer service has fallen off. Experienced department employees are rare and prices seem to have increased dramatically. And pressing "Call for Assistance" buttons are attractive yet practically useless. Went to Home Depot which stocked my 5 gallon masonry sealant. Called Lowes first and they didnt have a clue. Then asked the same about Rustoleum pool paint. No idea. Home depot helped me order it online and ship to store. Home Depot is an extra couple of miles but worth the gas!

The store is large and a single item can often be hard to find when you are not familiar. I asked the staff and they led me to the product that I wanted. Love the easy self checkout... Zooom on my way.

The pricing information in gardening section has gotten better every year, and I appreciate that because I shop on a BUDGET! It is so annoying to have to ask "how much is this" so many times, but today, I only had to do it once! Thank you for that.

My second time walking into this store and as I am an observer, I have noticed this store has many workers there who "actually smile a real smile"...happy to be working there. It makes someone like me confident in knowing whomever runs this store, makes sure not only do he/she *manager* displays utmost respect to employees .... it is also reflected from the smiles on their faces *employees* so much that it caught MY ATTENTION....very very good store; family oriented.

The lumber is absolute garbage. Split, knotted, planed unevenly, broken corners, gouges, and WET! This was treated lumber that is usually meant to be visible in construction work. The other lumber, such as plywood, fence posts and slats, etc also was't quality. It ALL appeared to be "seconds or blems".

Mostly stocked but a little understaffed. Fairly clean too just might have to wait sometimes.

FOR A NEIGHBORHOOD STORE - IT IS EASIEST TO GO TO. FOR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, IT IS A REASON TO GO FAR OUT OF MY WAY TO GO THERE.

AS I HAVE SAID BEFORE THIS STORE IS AS CLEAN AS IT POSSIBLY CAN BE . WE FIND THE ASSOCIATES VERY HELPFUL AND THE CASHIERS ARE FRIENDLY AND USUALLY FAST GETTING THE CUSTOMERS THROUGH THE LINE.

I truly enjoy shopping at Home depot. Prices are great. Store is always clean and organized.

I had zero wait time when I got ready to check out. They had employees outside to help load heavy purchases. Love that Hope Depot is a sponsor of Major League Soccer.

All of the employees are very helpful and experienced. If they can not answer a question for you they will find someone who can. The store is very organized and clean every time I come in there.

Picked upped some rental tools for yard rehab. WOW what a great 360 experience. The kicker is the outstanding experience wasn't just me, but all the customer I saw him interact with . They all received the same great service and knowledge. More employees like this and Lowes would be out of business,
