If u want help with any project from the small to the large this is the store to visit. Extremely customer friendly.

Ewing branch of home depot need to store marchandise in time. Sometimes I have to drive to route 1 Lowes for marchandise not available at this home depot.

We came prepared to make several large appliance purchases, but there was no one to assist us so we left the store and will purchase elsewhere.

I been shopping at this location for years.I never had a problem with floor staff or customer service.The store is always neat and clean,the shelves are well stock. If you don't see something a representative is there to assist

The store's location is perfect for our community. No need to fight the traffic on Route One to the other Home Depot!. The store is very well stocked and organized! The staff is on their toes to help find what you need the second you walk into the door.

very dirty, products regiments are damaged, the workers mostly afro americans are very rude - one time bought a large amount of flowers cashier banging pots with cracked on my eye told me that I would have went because she does not handle. I called the manager but no one with me not contacted. I visit every week some home depot, in Hamilton, Princeton, Oxford Valley. Ewing Home Depot is the worst I've ever been.

I am a handicap person, and everyone goes overboard to assist me. Sometimes I don't have to ask for help, and they are right there. Even on days when I want to do it myself, they let me know that they are available if I need them. People are very friendly here. Prices are good too. One day they didn't have a handicap cart available for me go use, so people just walked all over the store getting the things I need for me. Great store, great people, great prices. Fun place to shop.

The product was empty on the shelf and the staff want out of there way to find what I needed.

Norm and Warren are exemplary employees: they are always available for queries on the best things to buy or use for my particular projects. Norm cuts the best lumber that I've ever used: His tolerances are outstanding. Warren is very approachable: knows a great deal; is always pleasant.

Been going here since it opened. Almost always a successful, pleasant experience. The sometime problems: 1) can't find an associate for help 2) the associate may not know the answer to my questions. But I must say that all employees seem to know where to find what I am looking for--some even will walk me to the exact spot.

The customer service in this store has improved dramatically in the last couple of years!! Employees now are much more helpful and cordial, making the shopping experience a lot more pleasant. A couple of years ago, this was not the case, and I would tend to avoid this store and shop at the Princeton store instead. But now I can readily shop here without hesitation.

I am a teacher who needed dowel rods for a class project. A gentleman from pro loading noticed I was confused and looking everywhere. He helped me find the dowels and explained the differences. Then the cashier helped me get to school quickly. Great overall experience.
