They are always short of stock. They are always short of staff. They don't enforce mask wearing. The store isn't particularly clean, either. Some associates are reasonably friendly, but a lot of them are surly and unhelpful. Or, too inexperienced to be of much help. (Associates are a mixed bag.)

I have to write a review because a lot of times when we are doing a project or purchasing something for the home the last thing we ever think about is something going wrong, well unfortunately something always goes wrong but I must say thank you to Home Depot because as a longtime customer whenever I've had a problem they have worked really hard with me to help solve and figure it out and that I am grateful I know life is not going to be easy but it means a lot to me when my hard-earned money is being spent in a place that undertands the struggle.

Employees at Home Depot Ewing are professional friendly. Stacey is simply awesome.

Store is frequently without adequate stock. Shelves are often messy and disorganized making it hard to find what you want. Employees are a mixed bag: some are helpful and nice, others sullen and unhelpful. But generally, employees are hard to find. The store doesn't look neat, tidy and clean and they don't enforce proper mask wearing (i.e., some people don't wear masks and others wear them as throat covers).

For years this location has check out lines that will make you tear your hair out. 2 out of 4 self checkouts ever open, with one guy watching and one guy directing you to the machine. Never more than one human cashier. Pro checkout horribly slow, garden department checkout even worse. The only sliver of light to this store is the guy with ear gauges and lady with glasses in paint. Two competent individuals in a sea of incompetents

I love this store. It has great signage so things are easy to find. It is always clean and neat. There are always sales associates around who are more than willing to assist me.

I was planning to buy a BBQ grill for the 4th of July holiday. I had never used/owned one. Stalin, from Home Depot- Ewing New Jersey, guided me end to end, step by step and answered all my questions about maintenance, using, assembling, etc. It was a tremendous help in my buying decision. I bought the grill and couldn't be happier with it.

I started an ambitious project in what will be my next residence. Never having remodeled before, I gutted the home and pretty much rebuilt it. All materials were bought at Ewing Home Depot. Merchandise was excellent, customer service terrific. I am so happy to live near this branch. I highly recommend it, even if you must commute. The home came along great! Of special mention is Ricky, in Appliances, who meticulously helped me sort out options and make the most out of the fabulous July 4th Sales.

It's a smaller store doesn't offer wall ovens or riding lawn mowers.

Store is significantly understaffed. Checkout lines are way too long. Floor staff is patient and cordial despite the frustration on the part of many customers. Management needs to hire more staff immediately. With high unemployment and many retail establishments closed, it should be easy to find competent retail employees but management has made insufficient effort to do so if they have tried at all. I was at the same location about 3 weeks ago and it was understaffed then and it still is.

The store was clean and shopping experience was gd.

Just two minutes away from Trenton, this is my preferred H.D. location. Assistant manager Al went personally out of his way to correct an issue with sliding doors until everything was absolutely perfect. Very impressively run store, with friendly, capable staff and ample stock. Particularly friendly and with deep sense of service is Mr. Paul, with carts in parking lot. Kudos to all!

Enlight of the circumstances the store was running smoothly no drama or traumatic outbursts which was much appreciated under the circumstances. Which afforded customers to get in and out without chaos. The store was clean the workers were helpful no chaos or unruly conduct or impatience displayed by the staff. It was a surprise to find that only a few shoppers would be allowed in the store at a time but it wasn't too much of a wait and was very orderly. Assistance was available. I saw no rudeness and Samuel was very pleasant had a true smile and a much needed smile and sense of humor. The store was very clean and neat. I'm a plant fanatic and your store always has something new for me.

Ricky Sookhu was very helpful in assisting me in buying my new dishwasher.

Their customer service is great. My refrigerator broke and they were able to get me one temporarily until my new one arrives in a week.

DON'T SHOP THERE IF YOU NEED TO GET IN AND GET OUT. ALL OF THE NEW REGISTERS ARE CLOSED AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE TO CHECK OUT BY A HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE. P.RO DESK IS ALWAYS BACKED UP AND YOU ARE ALWAYS REDIRECTED TO ANOTHER REGISTER. CARTS ARE ALWAYS HARD TO FIND AND ISLES ARE OFTEN BLOCKED WITH ORDERS WAITING OR STOCK WAITING TO BE PUT AWAY.

The cashier inreturns were great and Miss Cynthia Taylor in kitchen was great very friendly and helpful.
