We may need help at times as humans . It was not granted I was also carrying my six month old and I had to load up a hot water heater with my father with no assistance.

On my most recent visit I was asked at least twice from two different sales floor associates if I was finding everything alright. One person went as far as to get on a ladder and track down more of the product of which I grabbed the last one on the shelf without the slightest of inconvenience on their demeanor. This specific location never disappoints. I never think twice about making the slightly longer drive compared to the one that is closer because my shopping experience is day vs night! I recommend this location to every person that lives on the Southside of town. Kudos store #0503 outstanding customer service.

Cashier was the worse ever she treated me like I was stealing and lieing the worse attitude toward me and my family members the manger came and basically was like ok NEVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS STORE I am a loyal customer of over 10 years and will not return

This store uses all their lumber carts to stage online orders in the back of the store making the aisles impassable (especially for ADA purposes) and making it extremely difficult to purchase lumber (both because you can't find a cart, and the aisles are blocked). They also clothes their contractor door as early as 5pm so that 20 foot piece of lumber you'd like to buy is going to have to navigate the aisles up to self-checkout. Going on a weekend? The lumber aisles (especially the far one with the 2x4's) will be closed for several hours each afternoon as the stuff struggles to catch up to prepare for Monday. I'm convinced that the pros that swamp this place must all work by the hour because by the time you find a cart and push all the aisle garbage out of the way you could have driven to several other stores.

Service/assistance is all but gone. Do you need something or help finding it -an employee will point you to the isle to find it but no more than that, you’re on your own.

Associates at self checkout were very helpful and sweet.

Went to buy a lawnmower, and asked for help as they were locked up. Was told someone would come help us, but after a very long wait no one ever came. Eventually we found one that wasn’t locked away so we purchased it without help. Overall very poor experience. The store was not busy and multiple employees were just standing around on phones.

I recently visited Home Depot and was thoroughly impressed with their service and knowledge. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Their expertise on the washer and dryers made my shopping experience smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-notch service and knowledgeable assistance. I’m going back tomorrow for refrigerator too!

Mario (electrical) was helpful from the time we entered the store until the sale completed. We are from houston and had just left due to a massive tornado which devastated our area. We needed supplies to help us through the process. He was compassionate and caring, providing the best options. He is a really awesome sales person.

I needed some 10 foot PVC pipes cut in half. The store employee was nice, fast and got me out of there in record time. Thank you Bob.

I have been shopping here for months without the app, till 1 employee registered my business into the pros extra, now I receive my rewards and they are coming in fast.

I had several hundred dollars worth of returns today but I wound up spending that and 150 more before I left. Christina At returns was very efficient and helped me get everything sorted out very well. I was emailed the return receipt which was convenient. Upon checking out, I also opted to have a printed and email receipt sent to me. John in electrical pulled some romex wire for me behind the locked cage, and had it for me at checkout when I completed my purchases. The only unpleasant experience was the person cleaning the restroom was very, very rude. There were about seven or eight men waiting to use the bathroom, which was not cool, especially since she had the women and men facility closed at the same time! Might point out to her there are many more male customers, (at least on this day) than female. It was not that big of an inconvenience to me, though an elderly gentleman said he was going to leave the store and I assume he did. I never saw him after that.
