The 3 ladies in customer services didn't try enough to help me with a warranty. Just give me a number and sent me on my way. I have to spend 250 dollars buying another product knowing my product still have a warranty.

I’ve been working with Home Depot for weeks, they said they were able to complete my order. I haul a huge trailer 4.5 hours to the store. Only to get a call that they sold more than half my order and it wasn’t ready. Had to get a hotel and wait for the call that it’s ready. Picked up my order drove 4.5 hrs to my destination and got a call the next day, saying they forgot to load another pallet. Now I have to wait more then two weeks till my order gets in, and have to reschedule with my contractor!

Ordered a microwave over a month ago. Followed up via phone twice and was told they would call when it arrived. Went to store and ask why still not delivered and found out it had been cancelled without notification. Had to do a special order that cost over twice as much and are waiting for delivery. Hope this one shows up soon will be almost 3 months and was told initially one maybe two weeks!

Over the last 6 or so years, we saw a great deal of improvement in the appearance of the store. In the last five to six months, the store has seemed disorganized and a mess. Nothing is ever stocked, and I can't find anything I need anymore without going through pallets of stuff and searching for assistance because stuff is not stocked.

I recently visited Home Depot store #1303 and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received, particularly from Adam at the customer service counter. Adam was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my shopping experience a breeze. He went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed for my project. His professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor were outstanding. Kudos to Adam and the entire staff for their exceptional customer service!

If you are going here i hope that you don’t run into the assistant store manager she is very rude and have a short fuse no matter how calm you bring a situation to her. She yelled at me and my wife due to her not asking the personnel that is on the floor to see if the 5x8 utility trailers are ready or not plenty of associates explained that they was ready for purchase please don’t yell at the customer for that just go and look or ask someone if you don’t know. And also was very rude when you was asked for military discount I am sorry we are in a military town and we asked you for a discount that the company provides please don’t use your personal beliefs against customers. Just a warning to others, I would recommend not shopping this location. The aisles are so full of crap I fear a catastrophe should a fire start while customers are present. The Fire Marshal should step in and shut this place down before someone gets hurt.

22 years shopping here. I must say it gets better and better. People are helpful and I enjoy shopping here.

Half the shelves are empty. It's impossible to find someone to help with anything. When someone is found, they act very put-out that you would ask them to do something. Just ridiculous

Going into this Home Depot causes me more stress then it’s worth. I gladly pay more else where for customer service , knowledge, and just a helping hand loading stuff up. Not to mention anytime you need help nobody knows where anything is so you are commited to a 2 hour wait while everyone in the store is contacted.

Great advice and help from all associates, welcomed with a greeting and thanked for the business. My Son is so happy for his new Honda mower, 23 years ago I purchased a Honda mower from this same location.

Important store in Interior Alaska. Only thing that would improve is to have humans checking us out.

This store is always incredibly messy, the employees have no idea how to tell their right hand from left, no idea how to do their jobs, no desire to serve the very customers that keep them in business.. I could go on & on with many many stories.. I hate going in there, always incredibly frustrating.

The employees were very helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. I've been to similar stores in Fairbanks and have had a heck of a time even finding an employee to ask for help. First I needed someone to get the bathroom fixture down for me then after paying for the item I needed help loading it into the truck. Not only did the first man help me, but he went and got a cart to put it on and wheel to the check-out stand. Then the cashier shut down his station light and wheeled it to my truck where together we loaded it. They did it all with a smile and seemed happy to be able to help. It was a very efficient, pleasant and much more positive experience than I ever expected!!

Worst ever. Stores a mess and lots of employees looking the other way or answering “I don’t know”

While there are many obstacles to keeping a well-stocked store, at the edge of the world, this company does better than most. Certainly, we do have other choices, even here. The staff at "my store", keeps me coming back, with great service & a great attitude.

This location has friendly staff. Damien was the most helpful, in electrical. The lumber boys were mostly useless, and the treated wood I needed wasn’t in stock anyway, so it didn’t matter. The cashier was friendly, and woman at the pro desk was a multitasking wizard. The physical location is great. My issue is with the website, and BOPUS process. Duck all of that. Never again.

I consistently leave with an elevated level of frustration.

Customer Service at this store is Apalling, Management is a joke and will say anything to get you to leave and never follow through. The store is a mess and only about 50% of the time can you even find an employee to help.

Employees are always very polite and helpful

I went to Home Depot knowing what the finished product needed to be but not knowing how to make it happen. Two employees, Dino and Travis, filled in all the blanks and sent me home with everything I needed, including easy-to-follow directions. I'm grateful!

I bought a power tool kit that was supposed to be eligible for about $100 off (per a significantly sized hanging with the display). When I went to check out, the associate (not cashier) let me know the promo ended and that the sign just couldn't be removed (which was odd because it slid right out of the metal bracket holding it). She called the manager, that pretty much doubled down and eventually offered me $30 off instead of the $70 or $100 on the sign. I felt bait-and-switched!

Bought a new water pump for my house. It works great.

I was in A few times trying to get answers through the protest and thankfully Aleena answered my questions and helped me with a order

I appreciate the excellent customer service I receive each time while shopping at this Home Depot. The staff is always super friendly and helpful when ever I have questions. I also appreciate the huge selection of items they have and decently priced cleaning products are always appealing compared to what I pay at a regular grocery store.

If you need it, they got it. If it's not there they will get it. Friendly staff. Well stocked store. Hidden Gem. TEll Dino I sent ya.

Never any associates available to assist customers. Forced to use self-checkout because there are no cashiers. Extended warranty for items offered on Home Depot website was not offered in-store. Associate at the service counter was apathetic and borderline rude. Could not find several items I was looking for and was NOT going to walk to the opposite end of the store for help!
