Out of all the home depot stores the Fairfield store is the one affordable painting goes to for everything from paint to appliances or advice on all our painting needs

Terika has helped me in the Millwork department previously. I was happy to see her again. She was just as friendly at the register as she was in her department. This shows that she is a valuable associate because she is useful in multiple departments.

The store was clean, associate in the microwave area were friendly she went above and beyond to assist me find the microwave I came there to purchase. The cement associate was helpful in helping me get the right cement.

The store was in order and customer service was excellent..

Fairfield Home Depot has some very deep knowledgeable employees and are very helpful. While some are retiring and going part-time they are still there to help train younger new employees. Attitude is everything even in a small old store like this one.

Brandy, is a very personable, professional, patient, and knowledgeable about all items that I was looking for. I look for him when I am shopping at Home Depot and I applaud his kindness and knowledge about the entire store.

The store is a little crowded. No one at this store value the customer when entering into the store. NOT one associates spoke or even ask if I needed help finding anything. Yes I use the self check-out but the young lady didn't speak, I had to make her speak. The head cashier didn't bother either. NO THANK you for shopping with us no nothing. They must do better!

Upon entering the store, I was greeted and asked if I needed help by each and every employee that I passed on my way to the appliance center. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit, especially with Virginia in the appliance department. She made my visit and shopping experience an absolute pleasure.

Ample products and employees who know their products who are willing to help with my project .

Love Home Depot,my only issue is having Cancer and they had no available electric carts.

Great shopping experience!

This was my first time visiting this Home Depot. I generally shop at the one in Tuscaloosa, but I was in town for work and needed a few things. I noticed that the staff was exceptionally friendly. I was asked if I needed help finding anything, which I did, and was promptly helped. I also noticed an employee that was helping customers safely Getaround an area where a pallet lift had been parked. The overall cleanliness of the store was good as you would expect. And the checkout line was ran well to help get customers through as smoothly as possible.

The store employees are always nice and helpful and the bathroom is always clean.

This store will take you time and give you rude looks will not help you will be fast to take your money but to help you load something to help wrap they will ask you why wrap it ask for help they will disappear STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

The Home Depot has been my favorite since HQ..... Some things my not be in stock due to high sales ......But over all the depot is the way to go....
