I bought this yesterday and tried using it twice since. This hose is basically unusable due to its constant kinking. Every time you move to a slightly different location in your garden it kinks and water stops running. You then need to run back, locate the kink(s), unkink it while getting your hands wet and dirty. It’s also very difficult to coil. Do not buy this hose unless you have the patience of a saint.

The cashier who should have assisted me was more interested in going on her break than helping me. I was told by this person that the items were no longer in stock (not true) than seeing that I was able to have the items I had purchased on will call pulled for me. Will Call order in 4/30/24 was H6634-896572, Patty (L5SETSPI) helped me!! I give Patty 5/5 stars for her phenomenal customer service. She tracked down what I needed and pulled the items herself (the items that should have been pulled 2 days prior). She made certain that I was able to have the items (concrete pavers and mulch) so I could finish my landscaping project !! She is a credit to the store !

I already submitted the survey; but it gave me the option to review here so what da heck! The most amazing woman; Suyapa; totally made my night!! She was beyond sweet and patient; I had bought 3ft of chain and lost the paper ticket!!! She immediately was so helpful and luckily Mr. Robby (from hardware I believe) showed up to the rescue! He stopped what he was doing to walk me back to the chains and re-wrote my ticket. Keep in mind; it was literally 5 mins before closing; so I’m especially impressed and grateful for the willingness and enthusiasm to help a girl out! I live literally right down the road so I find myself coming here quite a bit; mostly tagging along with my dad and having no idea what the heck is going on. The few times I’ve come here alone in the past haven’t always been stellar… but tonight; was amazing! Thank you. And it was 5 mins until closing; so I especially appreciate the kindness and patience of both Suyapa and Bobby when I’m sure they were ready to go home after a long day; they made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Every time I need something from Home Depot I will make sure to try to be here at Saturday night haha what a lovely team and super store! Thanks! Amy

Last Sunday, I went to the Home Depot on Fairmont Dr. to purchase an immersion blender I'd seen online. It turned out it was ONLY available only, but a helpful employee, Miguel brought me over to te computer to confirm that. Another employee showed up along the way. His name was Romeo. I asked if he could help me with five 20lb bags of mulch on sale that I had passed up a couple of days earlier. He, like Miguel, was patient, pleasant & VERY HEPFUL! I was almost anxious to drive to Home Depot on a super busy Friday before Easter to pick up a couple of gallons of wood stain and sealer for our new fence. Cassandra was amazing. She was efficient, strong, helpful and pleasant! I worked in customer service much of my career, retiring with a customer base of companies that billed over $1 million, or more in our services. I was responsible for delivering the annual customer service surveys, and insuring that MY customers were VERY SATISFIED! That's why I go out of my way to commend excellent service.

Store worked like most, but the appliance team is not helpful. They don’t answer the phone and don’t explain any terms, they hand you a stack of paper on the way out and i felt rushed and confused. They were supposed to charge me for the dishwasher removal fee and did not. I tried to call so many times and have it added. Now i have a broken dishwasher i have to get rid of. Feels like they ignore you as soon as they get your $$

Bought a door yesterday and Nigel helped me from start to finish. He is the perfect HD employee!

Friendly employees. Good selection of gardening supplies. Only complaint is the parking lot gets very crowded during the week. Need a bigger parking lot. Go on a Sunday if you want to miss the crowds.

Unbelievably hostile place. Suspicious employees looking everywhere for shoplifters, locked up merchandise, cameras filming ur check out. Meek down trodden employees. Congratulations like shopping in Soviet Union. Pathetic. Will only visit as last resort. Kiss those high margin purchases good bye, nuts and bolts or a can of spray paint is all u will get from my wallet...and if by some horrible reason i have to visit your gulag, with each aisle I go down in your store the disgust and bile rises at how you treat your customer I will make my voice heard at how horrible you have become. 🤢🤮

The sales person in the lumber department cut the lumber we purchased for us. He was extremely helpful l- wish I knew his name so we could personally acknowledge him.

The Fairmount location is the closest Home Depot to our house. We shop there a LOT (for our rental properties, home improvement, gardening). The employees there are very friendly and helpful. Many of them go out of their way to ask if I/we need assistance. And when we ask for help they give it gladly. This store is well staffed. I can't say the same for other home improvement stores we've been to. Whoever is doing the hiring and training there is doing a great job!

We went to the customer service area at this Home Depot and were helped by Britt. Britt provided us with clear information on a shed we wanted to purchase. Britt was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. We had attempted to get this information from another Home Depot but got no where.

Totally rude disrespectful angry staff, rushed me, were mean, didn’t help me load, didn’t refund me an item and took it away-had I not looked it would have been $200 out of my piocket. Assistant manager was bugging me through entire store, watched me drop items, did not offer to help! I’m a 98 pound attractive female with visible injuries and a full cart. I spent over $100,000.00 on Home Depot in the last few years. So so irritated I cannot believe this is ok. One of my many recent issues with Home Depot.

Came to Home Depot to physically look at and learn more about the washer and dryer products being offered on the website. In store sales person was very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time describing the various features/manufacturers and pros/cons of each. We decided on a couple of options, and he printed out the information on each for us to take home to order online. Very much appreciated!

I know next to nothing about home repairs, etc. I don't even try to figure things out for myself, because I know it will be a wasted effort. Home Depot to the rescue! The employees there seem to love their jobs and it is obvious they love to help people. I've been in there quite a few times, not even knowing what I'm looking for. I have never, ever had an experience where I didn't leave in a better mood than when I went in. The employees must eat their Wheaties every morning, because they are energetic and out to make friends and forever customers.

Excellent staff professional and knowledgeable

She stated several times that “none of these appliances come with a warranty and once it’s delivered you’re on your own”. When I decided to cancel the purchase she changed her story. Their is no question that she was trying to sell the extended warranty with lies about there being no manufacturer warranty.

The lady who help us with our floor project was very helpful and nice to us. She should be employer of the month.

I was looking for an item that was not on the shelf. She found it inventory. Extra effort was appreciated.

I’m an electrician. I’m in the Fairmount Home Depot typically 3-4 times a week. Tom and Mark are both extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful, not just to myself but to every customer that comes in. I always tell people to ask for them when they go to electrical.
