Great store friendly employees

I bought stuff at store problem with a discount. Had to go to return desk get it cancel and rebill to get discount

We wanted to purchase new carpet to get our home ready to sell, and BART EFFERTZ at the Fargo store was just the best. He didn't upsell us, and in fact helped us save money we might not have otherwise. It's rare that an employee seems to listen genuinely and care, and Bart really did. Kudos to him for a job well done!

Great service Bart at the Home Depot in Fargo North Dakota was so instrumental in our carpet purchased he Greeted us helped us pick out carpet never pushed us to one product or the other and was instrumental in our carpet purchase

If you're going to the home Depot or any hardware store from 2021 to the indefinite future, make sure to ask someone who is over the age of 25 for assistance if you need help finding something or just need general customer service. Multiple times I have been ignored or walked by quickly with their head down to not have to deal with a customer looking for something by employees ranging from what appear to be the ages of 17 to 23 24 or 25. I get the most answers and help from people 30 or older and more patience. I am a 34-year-old female contractor, which I do occasionally get the sexiest remarks. Regardless of age. But for the most part, when dealing with employees, life experience has been essential for getting to the point of what I need and why I'm at the store in and out quickly.

Collin helped me out by loading my heavy work bench almost by himself. You can tell he enjoys helping people and his work. He needs a raise.

Just bought a new Maytag Washer! Found the staff knowledge, courteous and polite! Also, looking forward to the garden center opening!

We had a blizzard in Fargo the day I stopped in. Weather was nasty outside. But, Joan and Tony, made my shopping experience very good. I was surprised to find home depot open.... Very good emoyees!!

Rigid tools are Rigid tools associated with Home Depot. If you buy in USA and return to Canada only to find that the new purchase was flawed and that the Canadian REGENT AV Winnipeg store will turn you away and tell you to deal with the USA store. I did not see that clause anywhere on their receipts or return policies. in fact other chains honour adjustments/returns from USA in Canada. Rigid oscillation tool had a flower power switch.

I was having trouble with my paint colors and Lynn helped me so much. She was super friendly and knowledgeable and I was blown away by her customer service!

So hard to go somewhere and get exceptional customer service. Suzanne was so personable and was a great help in placing my order. They have a great flooring team. I went there because another simular store I went to first did not help me . Would definitely go to Home Depot for my future needs.

Wrong paint was mixed, was told incorrect prices on paint

If you need anything especially in Plumbing, see Jeff! He will get you to everything you need to the job done and have you in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Jeff needs a raise and a special THANK YOU for your customer service!

I buy tools often and home depot has the most frequent sales. I was just after a new drill and was able to get two M18 batteries and a charger for an extra $50. They usually run $100 each. When I come to the store I know they will have what I need

Fantastic Staff, Madison was great, but all employees went the Extra Mile to help you. They are knowledgeable about where items are and did not send you back home to buy off of the website!

Ray and the rest of the guys at the Commercial Desk are very helpful and knowledgeable about products, materials and installation procedures. Products and materials are easily found as bays and aisles are clearly marked and decently organized. There are enough store personnel available to direct you or answer any questions.

If shopping for flooring. Go and see Bart Effertz. Very kind, helpful and knows his stuff. He will be totally honest and open with you. Plus he made it fun to look and buy.
