I have been shopping at this home depot for years. Always happy with my experience there. Theresa in Electrical is awesome - she was the only one working in that department and still took time to help me find an item and even called the huntington store to have them hold additional stock items they didnt have in farmingdale for me.

The store had the product I was interested in in several types

The flooring department was easily found in the middle of the store and the sales associate was very helpful and friendly. He went over all my options and helped with choosing the best carpets to fit my needs. I would definitely buy from Home Depot again! And the prices were very reasonable!

The store has helpful associates and cheerful checkout clerks.

Used the self checkout with a gift card. Started OK, then the computer crashed. If it wasn't for the associate's 100% dedication to the customer and her job, this would have turned into Self Check HORROR. She saved me from returning to the store the next day to resolve the loss valve of the gift card with the store office.

As I said before it's a good store but the cashiers are to slow and very laxed

i always come to this store for business and personal needs. It is convenient and organized. All the employees are extremely helpful and everything is easy to find. I would choose Home Depot over any store around!

Initially it was difficult to find an employee, since It may have been break time. But once an associate arrived he was extremely helpful and pleasant. The young man in the tile department was very respectful and eager to help. The man at the customer service was really terrific, He assisted us very quickly and was extremely informative and pleasant. A real pleasure to deal with.

associates in both the store and tool rental department were friendly, knowledgable and willing to take their time to explain location or workings of the products The store was clean and open. The restrooms were clean. Checkout was fast and easy and tool rental return was done quickly and without issue

Pat and Norine at returns were very helpful in assisting me with a gardening purchase and Charlie in hardware made a key with expertise and Brandon loaded my car with ease

Had the time to wander the entire store and found everything for current projects as fell as other one's on the list. When I needed an associate to cut a length of chain, there was one waiting right there.

Mr Hunter went out of his way to show us how to install wall tile/backsplash. He is a the best associate at home depot by far!! A real gem!

My one complaint is the self checkout machines. They usually require the assistance of a sales associate. Many of the other customers using self service machines also require help from a sales associate. The wait then becomes ridiculous. Best bet is to use the regular check out line.

The associate, Shawn G. was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful to us in choosing the type of flooring we wanted. He set up the measuring, material cost, and installation cost to our complete satisfaction.

We were looking for ideas and tiles for our bathroom and the associate offered some great ideas and was patient and helpful while we matched tiles and looked at different options and walked us through additional ideas on the installation and sealing the tiles. The group went above and beyond to be helpful and one we decided and went back and purchased the tiles and they were great going over the measurements and what we needed and when some tiles were not in stock called to locate them at the Copiague store and the Copiague pulled what we needed and had it ready for us. It made the shopping much easier than I expected

I have to say all customer service reps are great and always available. Merchandise in the store is of great quality and they always have a large selection. This store is the only place to shop for your home repair needs.

The Farmingdale store was very clean, well stocked.

Went into this store to buy some quick fix things for the house. Was in and out in no time at all, Had everything that I was looking for.

If you EVER have a Plumbing question or problem, go to this Home Depot. Look for the Tall gray haired gentlemen in the orange apron and the ear to ear grin! He is the most knowledgeable and friendly associate there. He listens to your questions and tells you what you need to do as he guides you to all the parts you need. He will also question you to make sure you have the proper tools and ability. A GREAT GUY!

Associate helped in finding a generator within the store, He also helped with applying for a Home Depot credit card and offered to ring up my purchase. He was very helpful and courteous.

The store was clean and well lit. It was easy to find what I needed.
