The customer service provided to me and my son during our visit to this store was excellent. They went out of their way to find us a replacement for an item that was out of stock and then they recognized our troubles and did everything possible to make it right. I was truly amazed that they really cared about getting us the another item. Every single associate was friendly and helpful. They even offered us water while we waited for another associate to help. If it were closer, I would only shop at this store from now on.

I really like the Farmingdale store, I bypass the Copiague store to go there. Better atmosphere! Nothing bad about Copiague, I just like Farmingdale better.

The employees here do not want to help you once you even after you purchased an item. We bought an appliance at this location and absolutely nobody was willing to help us load it into our car except for our one salesperson! Despite him and I asking multiple employees to help us out. Not one employee was willing to help even though they weren’t doing anything. It wasn’t until I got very upset with the lack of customer service and expressed it that they decided to finally send 2 people to help, and they came with unpleasant faces. When asked to speak to a supervisor, no one came to tell me if they were a supervisor or not. By far the worst experience I have ever had in any Home Depot’s. The only person who went above and beyond was our salesperson! He should be recognized for his hard work, unfortunately, the other employees treated him disrespectfully and treated us, the customers disrespectfully as well. Do not waste your money here.

The service is unmatched! We drive from Brooklyn to shop at this location because of the service levels we receive. Store is neat and product availability is great! No empty spots on the shelf for the items I need. People all over the store approach and offer assistance as you pass by and each of them are knowledgeable about products. I love it!

This store is always disorganized messy,empty boxes cardboard left in the aisles it's just always seems to be in disarray. And always out of stock of a lot of products

I have been shopping at this Home Depot store for approximately 20 years. I always find what I need for my home projects. The store is clean, well stocked and well organized. Most importantly - the staff is always knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.

I was very disappointed at this store. I purposely came to this store because I always have a good experience with this store until this last visit. I bought a 2x10x8' piece of lumber that needed to be cut in half. Not only did I wait a very very long time for someone to show up at the circular saw station, but when the saw operater finally showed up he motioned for me to pick up the lumber and place it on the saw table, walking Into The Hazard Zone, this is unacceptable. If he asked me to give him a hand picking it up I would've been more than happy to oblige. Secondly when going to pay for my lumber I went to register #1 where 3 employees were engaged in conversation even as I stepped up to the counter, thinking that 1 of them was the cashier. All 3 ignored me and continued with their conversation, totally oblivious of me. I went over to register #2 where the cashier was looking at me all this time as he was waiting for his customer to return from whatever he was retrieving, and asked him if register 1 was opened, only then did he tell me no that it was closed. I have never had such a frustrating time at this home depot.
