I just bought a house. I started buying many of the things I needed for my house at Home Depot. Every, and I mean, EVERY thing I ordered came wrong, defective, broken, or went missing via shipping. We canceled our window order b/c it took six weeks to even get them to process it in their system; my $1000K of door locks went missing TWICE in the mail and had to be replaced; and my front/side/interior doors came wrong THREE TIMES, sets of wrong doors are still sitting in my garage b/c HD doesn't come back to pick them up, and when finally delivered "correct" doors (after spending $2K to have my contractor redo all the millwork to hang and install them) they're WRONG AGAIN. Cracked, scratched, uncovered nail beds. And then, HD is telling me I need to repay for installation A SECOND TIME when the new doors (third time) come in. Yeah right...

Keith and Julie were extremely rude, terrible service and disregarded customer concern missed price. Keith argued 114 door which in fact it was a 99.98 and instead of apologizing they stated a one time exception and stormed away. One time exception for their mess up ? Not once did they apologize for the inconvenience to my pregnant wife or I. Team definitely needs better awareness and training for their customers.

I checked every Home Depot in the tri-state area, this one matches, it must be a Home Depot.

Great Service by Mike at outside gardening and seasonal department

I needed to return couple of things and also to buy some gutter guards, I was wondering if on customer service I was able to make all at once. A young lady called Sofia was very attentive and help me with that! 10/10

I was looking for a specific black door hindge. The store manager saw me looking and came over and helped me look for it. He found it for me. He was the nicest store manager I have ever came across in any depot. I am a contractor and make that my #1 store to go to.

He is always very helpful and knowledgeable. If I need plumbing I am going to this store

I came in for mulch and the stock was low . When I asked if more was coming out I was informed of the drive thru mulch line. How nice and smart was that . Thank you for being the best you can

The drive thru area to pickup mulch is much better then lugging it out of store n into Sat then making sure the wagon gets back to where it should
