I was finally able to get help from an associate that was more than happy to assist. Most of them are sub par at best and they tend to run the other way when they see you.! The associate that was finally located who may have just returned from break was very knowledgeable and refreshingly friendly. I ended up buying a 20 in Ryobi 40v lawnmower and a 40v Ryobi chainsaw. The older gentleman that help me out in gardening/garden tools was named Dan. (I think).

Needed gas water heater. I was directed to the aisle in the store. Found what I needed and then asked for an additional item. I found it and made a dual purchase at checkout. Very happy. Service desk was very competent.

If you think you gonna need any help with your purchase definitely don’t go to this Home Depot 🤬

Very good and excellent product

Every time I try to use my military discount, the system can't find my account. It's way padt time to fix this system if you want to show appreciation gor uour mitary and veterans.

The lady who helped us order our new window blinds was excellent and insured us that our order was correct . Compared to your competition which was a terrible experience and got our order wrong and denied us any resolution

Do not expect good customer service if you chose to shop here.

If it wasn’t for the app to show me where to find what I needed or where it was I would have had no help at all. Expect to be ignored at this store.

Gift card got damaged by an employee and now I’m not able to used it. It really makes me angry

We ask for help in the lumber department but the help never came in .

Please hire more people to Assist customers and provide a choice of live cashiers and automated service to make a pleasant experience.

I’m not from this area. I’m from Wenatchee WA so this Home Depot took care on my order in great customer service.

This store is a very good located for my needs.

I bought some Christmas decorations in an upright freezer at the Local Federal Way, Home Depot. We noted the DeWalt batteries on sale. The clerk itself check out was very kind and patient and allowed us to go back and get the batteries and still check us out in a timely manner. She asked if we would need help with loading and directed my son towards the wall batteries. I think the people at this Home Depot are very kind very patient and provide good service.

One of the few, if at all others, that have associates readily on the floor ready and willing to help

Yesterday I spent a half hour trying to find someone in flooring to help me obtain the flooring measurement I had completed a week earlier, and to select flooring. After waiting 15 minutes at the flooring desk in the store, I called the main store number from that location asking for help. None ever came, despite a page to the store manager. They even lost my flooring measurement I paid for that was done one week earlier! One person, Karen, who worked the flooring area was out, and that was fine, but they have no backup. I urge you to show elsewhere for flooring. Home Depot just lost several thousands of dollars of my business.

I came in to buy 4 -17" plant saucers/ drip trays. The HD website said they were 1 price, when I arrived they were about 80% higher in price. Wasn't real happy so I talked with a woman at the ser ice desk and she did nothing about it...oh well!!!

Karen in blinds is knowledgeable and friendly. She has helped us many times and we adore her.

Bring back check out employees, the interaction with people is important, very impersonal!

This time I asked an associate to send someone to the MAP Fuel section so I could buy a torch and fuel to do a plumbing job. However after 10 minutes of waiting, all I got was frustration. The fact everything is locked up means you need someone to unlock everything. Yet home depot has so few employees working that they can't possibly help the number of customers in the store. Don't waste your time going to this location. There's no one to wait on you, you are your own cashier. Apparently home Depot doesn't employ cashiers anymore.

I bought an undercounted refrigerator. The dimensions were what I needed. They were WRONG! The manufacturer told me the true dimensions when they called me with a stock issue. We immediately cancelled it at the manufacturer. Your store policy would not allow me to have an immediate credit. I have to wait for your store policy to take place to get a refund. Very frustrating. I will be sure to share with all my friends

I'm not sure when we the customer became an inconvenience but I went in yesterday to get some lumber. No carts so I left and placed an online order. Got an email saying it was ready for pickup so I strolled back in the evening. Order wasn't ready and no carts once again. To make matters worse the lumber was almost gone and way up on the rack. Another customer was using the store ladder to pull lumber down. Asked for the store manager and was told they are off until Saturday. We'll I'm here the next day after the store associates said the order would be ready. Let's go inside and investigate shall we. Nope wasn't ready.

I am disabled. This Home Depot recognizes my special needs gets me electric carts and people to assist getting products from the shelves and loaded into my vehicle. I spend a lot of money here and I don't go anyplace else unless they do not have access to the product.

Cashier in nursery acted as if I was an inconvenience to her, I’d love to self checkout but I made the mistake of using the nursery cashier since I was already there.
