I went into this store around 9pm on Wed to pickup an online order. I also shopped the garden center which was fully stocked, neat and clean. Team members were hard at work behind the scenes stocking mulch, dirt, flowers, etc. Everyone I made contact w/ throughout the store was very friendly and attentive. There was also an off duty police officer present who had a nice demeanor about him too. Thus, it was my first visit to this location but I'll drive out of zone again based on my pleasant experience!

Judging by the Paint, Plumbing, Hardware Personnel and the Garden Department Variety of Plants that draws customers from two states, we would say that the Ferguson Home Depot is an excellent store to spend your time and money!

The employees really make the shopping experience inviting. I will return for sure.

can not find help when locating certain items and the marquee are not clear for customer self help.

Home Depot, Ferguson is one of my favorite stores to shop in. Everything is easy to find and you are always able to find someone to assist you. The store is always clean and the workers always willing to help you. Workers are always pleasant, polite, and courteous. I rank this store up in the high category of one of my favorite stores to shop in. Home Depot, Ferguson the location is great, and it is a convenience store for me. I frequently visit Home Depot, Ferguson.

Showed up an hour and a half early then refused to install the stove despite having a dedicated shut off valve that they used 5 years previously when installing the last stove that broke from this store.

Staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Kimunna went out of her way to help me locate the items I was looking for. All the items I came in for were in stock as indicated on website.

This store used to have a lot of problems lazy staff inept management but over the last 6-8 months they have really turned the corner and I see people that were here before the whole different attitude and the new people that got are some of the best in the company I am really impressed with the effort put forth by this door to change its culture and make their customers feel welcome and providing them with excellent customer service

The store was very clean and fully stock. Found everything I needed Ms. Faye Young was so helpful and patience with me. She helped me purchase the perfect door for my bedroom. Thank you again Ms. Young.

Everyone in here was very polite to me especially Jasmine

Staff was so amazing. The ladies at the service desk helped me alot trying to find a vanity thats wasnt in stock at this location

Great customer service

Employees made promises and didn't keep them. I had several employees lie to me, I ask to speak to the store manager and he transferred me to a Mr. Lizman. I ask him ( Mr. Lizman) are you the store manager and he said yes I am. I told him," Mr. Lizman I met/talk with you in the lawn/garden center" he then hung up on me. I had to call another Home Depot Store to get the store manager name and telephone number.

Customer Service excellent.

This store has been very helpful and goes out it's way to make sure you find what you need. They have also save me money on projects that would have been a lot more expensive if I had not received the assistance. Great store for assistance.

I previously called to have 10 sand tubes set aside. Employee said no call was made and showed me where tubes were and walked away in a huff. I couldn’t get any help loading them in car as no loader was available. A Good Samaritan (another customer) overheard and helped put sand in car. Additionally some employees were not very friendly during visit

Have been looking for poison ivy killer for almost a month found 2 small bottles Cashier Brittany not helpful or friendly would not bag items!

Izza in flooring, Faye in lumber, Maurice at checkout, Nia at Customer Service and Assistant Manager, Mariah, all helped make my North County shopping experience one like none other at a Home Depot. What a great team at this location! Thank you all so much for the great service. Congratulations again Mariah! You all are doing it RIGHT!

This store was better stocked and organized than the Florissant store. This is the second time in three weeks that this store had what they didn't.

Impossible to get assistance in a timely manner.
