I was able to find a reasonably priced washer and dryer combination for my guest house. I needed the delivery to happen before a weekend guest showed up. Home Depot had the units delivered and install in minutes with no problems! The sales woman was knowledgeable and did a great job, thank you LMG2NQE!

Home Depot is reliable, clean, organized. The staff is always available, helpful & knowledgeable.

I bought some shrubs they’re very reasonably priced than other stores. I’ll shop here for shrubs from now on.

Fist order: I ordered a grill. When I ordered it, there were 12 in stock. I intended to pickup the grill that day. By the time I placed the order (10 minutes) the order indicated I’d have to wait 3 days. Disappointed, I showed up 3 days later. Told they had no grills, come back in 5 days. Never received any notification. Was I upset, to be polite. Yes. I still don’t have a grill. Second order: I decided I’d get some lightbulbs. These could be delivered.. I have had many deliveries from HD and no problem. This order was wrong. The SKU numbers from what I ordered did not match what I got. I returned the wrong lightbulbs. Just given the word sorry. I went to get lightbulbs. Spent 20 minutes looking, fuming.. I had to go to the desk and ask for help. Meanwhile I have a friend in my car to help me pick up my nonexistent grill. Help for the lightbulbs came. William was wonderful. He knew exactly what I wanted and where it was located. I should have been helped from the beginning.

I always find the employees here happy and helpful. And most of the time the products I am looking for are in stock and easily found. If not, their website is excellent. Been shopping here for years.

Went looking for a lawn rake. The gentleman working there showed me where they were and gave me info about each type and made my decision easy and shopping trip quick.

I usually have a particular need & always find it. Whenever I have a question, the staff is knowledgeable when helping me find the right item for my need.

I want to personally thank your flooring specialist Warren Ziegler for taking on my carpet order issues and possible a hiccup - seriously. Warren made me aware of a possible issue and assisted me in developing an alternative, if original choice was lacking. He readily pursued my request, contacted the stock personnel, then the Mill and with Patti’s assistance - they were able to finalize my original order satisfactorily. Also had a credit card issue which Warren & Patti assisted me resolving professionally. Home Depot Fields Ertel has a great crew - thank you!

I bought laundry needs and trash bags. The store has all products and supplies needed for all my tasks, inside and outside. Helpful and friendly staff from floor help to cashiers. . .

I actually was excited that all the merchandise was pulled facing and forward and shelves were plenty of items. Wasn't like that acouple of months ago. I will be bringing my company back to the store.

Consistent with other locations. The employees are incredibly helpful, and I always leave feeling glad I went there.

Eryn at the service Desk was great to work with when I applied for a charge card. Leisa's knowledge on the appliances were remarkable.

This is one of the amazing store I always love shopping at but sad to say that so many good employees are gone now and not all the new ones are good! Starting to think if I should change the store location! Some of the staff members are just awesome and some are just opposite.

My husband is a contractor he sent me to this location for two separate items. One was in plumbing, and the other was electrical. Both were things that I know nothing about… There was an employee in one of the isles who gladly and eagerly helped me find both of the items! Then when I checked out the lady behind the counter, asked if I found everything that I had needed and if I was helped by other employees. I was super grateful for the man who helped me find these items and appreciated the kindness when I checked out.

Salesperson AB or YZIWOB2 was awesome. He handled me so well I felt as though no other salesperson could have been better. Totally impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help.

I needed to source a larger quantity of something and bought 60% of what I needed from another store and came to this store to purchase the remainder. The item had a volume discount on it but this store would not honor it and the 40% more I needed wasnt enough to qualify for the discount. I was all purchased the same day but customer service refused to do help since it was across two stores. Disappointed with this HD experience.

I went into this location knowing exactly what I wanted, after looking it up on the website and finding exactly what aisle and what bin the product should have been located in. Upon arrival, it wasn't on the shelf and I could not find anyone to help me. I went to the customer service desk and they called for whoever was working in that department to help me, and they never showed up either. Very frustrating as usual.

I got terrific service while buying water heater and collecting needed items for my plumbers to pick up from the store. Amy at the helpdesk coordinated all my needs, and made sure everything was prepared for pick up. Very much appreciated the extra care.

Needed a new pressure washer hose. Fitting that goes into pump was froze to old hose. Brian the manager took the time to get the fitting loose and off the hose. He also helped with finding a piece of wood that worked perfectly for replacing a piece of siding. Great guy and very helpful!

These folks there were super friendly and very helpful! They even helped me load the large steel shelves we bought there in my truck!

. I cannot say enough about the kindness I received from the employees at the Deerfield Home Depot! After buying a home that needed much improvement, I was aided by a wonderful woman at the service desk! Her name was Irene. She helped me get a new line of credit for much needed tools for my new home. Later, she rang up my items, making sure to give me my discount. . . . I received help from several other employees finding the right weedeater, shovel, and other items needed for my new projects. Each individual was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful! Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience!

Chris and Andrew (Assistant store managers) at this store were very helpful last night.... even after the store closed at 10pm they were helping me find what i needed.

Employee had to really work to get us the display item for purchase. It was attached up high and didn't want to come down off the wall.

Paul from the paint department ran all over the store with me looking for a specific stainless steel paddle mixer I needed that ended up being top-stocked in building materials.
