Extremely negative behavior from your Cashier, Kathy. She was yelling into the phone at someone about whatever the person ahead of me was purchasing. It was embarrassing to the people in line and also the other employees who could not help but hear her go on and on. You allow that in your stores? Unbelievable!

Ive gone to this store for over 4 years spents 10s of thousands on materials to remodel several homes. The painting dept is very good especially with an employee named Donovan that goes out of his way to accomodate your painting needs. This is the sort of friendly professional service that keep me coming back for over 4+ years now!

The staff at Home Depot is always friendly and willing to help me locate what I need, and answer any questions I have. The staff is very knowledgeable too! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Good employees are hare to fine. On my most recent shopping trip to Home Depot I asked a guy for help. Ian stopped doing his stocking work, walked with me to the aisle I needed, checked stock for me, carried the item I wanted to the check out and then carried it to my car. His help was far above the normal level of service I have experienced in other big box stores. You have a big selection of products, good prices and excelent service. The great employees are the best reason for shopping at Home Depot.

Went to The Home Depot to fix a leaking faucet. Found everything I needed to fix it and was given excellent instructions on how to accomplish the job. Due to the thorough instructions from an associate by the name of Jim, one of the quickest "handyman" projects I have ever accomplished. The store had the supplies I needed and the associates were friendly. Great experience.

Went to the store looking for a spout for our bathtub. Went to plumbing section with the packaged sets of facets/spouts. Could not find just a spout. Unfortunately, we could not find an associate to direct us to the different isle where spouts were stocked. Eventually, after we requested assistance from the gentleman in kitchen cabinet area and he paged someone to assist us, we were quickly lead to the spouts. The woman who checked us out was friendly and efficient. I like the store and would rate it excellent with increased availability of associates.

Good location, easily accessible, fully stocked, and friendly helpful staff.

The store is fine the way it is..... tell the suits to stop rearranging the isles..... it frustrates the regulars who need to get in and get out to the job.... we do not want to constantly have to relearn the store. Seriously, whatever "focus group " told you this is helpful is wrong.... stop the madness!

The store is well laid out. We have been there so many times that we are familiar with the aisles. The employee in the air filters / vacuum bags area ( Becky Slusher ) was an excellent help

On 11/13/18, an opportunity to complete a survey to be entered into a $5,000 sweepstakes was printed on my receipt. When you read the rules of the sweepstakes, it ENDED on October 28th, 2018. Other than this, I had a great experience at this store and was able to buy exactly what I was looking for (casement window) at a good price.

Males employees refuse to help to load the sands to my car. The female employee ended up helping me without a complaint. I heard the males employees through the walkie talkie saying they didn't want to come at all.

This store has some great employees Elena was a friendly cashier who made my trip to Home Depot very pleasant. These days that can be very hard to find. Hats off to Elena for doing a great job.

Kevin J. and others, including the cashier, have consistently provided me with assistance that makes shopping at this location my first choice. I get professional service that is friendly, fast and accurate.

After the paperwork for my Penske truck rental was finished, the lady in Tool Rental, Kimberly, was kind enough to put my blankets in a cart and push them out to the truck for me. It was So Hot! Then she went back and got my hand truck for me.

I have been in the store several times with my two young children (which require me to use a traditional cart instead of a flatbed) and loaded around a dozen bags of everything from mulch to paver sand into the cart. Each time, every trip, employees have just watched me load the bags into my cart and into my car while never asking to help. I have brushed it off as under-staffed several times, however, I mostly shop during weekdays when there are hardly any customers in the store.

As I said on the survey, Kimberly at the Customer Service Desk waited on me. She is always pleasant and has gone out of her way to take me to the items I needed in the store - instead of pointing. She always says to have a nice day and she means it! She is a keeper.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They made sure that I had no issues finding what I needed for my home project.

Can't say enough good things about Harold! He is very knowledgeable and helped me with my return. He also helped my pick out a better replacement trimmer. I will seek out Harold's opinion before starting my upcoming projects.

I have never had a negative experience at this store. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate the fact that Home Depot recognizes Veterans, by giving a discount.
