The store was clean and everything I needed was available

staff were helpful. liked the place a lot. Although product variety is limited.

I seem to go to Home Depot for just about everything, great assortment of products, wish you had more associates readily available.

I got all the help I needed! I searched for the items I needed and the staff guided me accordingly.

Everything was very good, except that there were only 2 registers opened.

This store has all the products I need. Always a pleasure to shop here. Also the location is very convenient for me.

This store is much cleaner, and the associates are easier to find than the Calle Ocho store. The associates go out of their way to help. The managers are great to deal with, they value the customer. Great store.

I WENT IN THE STORE AND JUST WALKED OUT RIGHT AWAY..THE GIRL WHO HELPED WAS VERY NICE AND IMMEDIATELY WAS ABLE TO LOCATE WHAT I HAD PURCHASED..I ALWAYS GO BACK TO THIS STORE...THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND THE HELP IS GREAT...EVEN WHEN I SHOP ON LINE AND PICK-UP AT THE STORE...IF I WAS TO GIVE THEM A GRADE IT WOULD BE AN A FOR SURE.

THE HOMEDEPOT IS LIKE A TREASURECHEST FOR ALL MY HOME PROJECTS AND JUST FOR BROWSING AND PURCHASING THOSE ITEMS WHICH MAKE THOSE PROJECTS AN EASE TO COMPLETE. ONE ADVISE GUYS, DROP-OFF THE WIFE AT THE MALL BECAUSE YOU WILL NEED THE TIME.

There is a wide variety of products. Associates are friendly and helpful.

I find that this particular store has become more customer aware. Seems like people want to help, and will go out of there way to make suggestions. This is a welcome change, all you have to do is walk into a Walmart, and get a true feeling of no one caring about the people that make there pay check happen.

Robert is the friendliest store associate, surely he can't be from Miami! I was a bit upset about personal issues with my bathroom in my house and Robert was just the kindest and he helped me VERY much and new about the product I wanted and his suggestions where so GREAT. I heard someone sneeze in another isle and Robert said "bless you" to them! Who does that anymore in this city?? All I have to say if there where more Roberts in this store...Wow, people would leave feeling like they where loved and that their business was important to Home Depot. Don't know what associates get paid but give this man more money and a bonus to boot because he knows his job very well and does it in an EXTREMLY good manner. I hope someone tells him about this posting, please.

In this store I can find materials and products which I cannot find in another stores.

As a woman I need to do minor house repairs on my own when I go to Home Depot the associates are polite, friendly and knownledgable. They help me find the right products to get my projects done easier and inexpensive.

This Home Depot is not the closest to our home, however, we are willing to drive over because of the great customer service and knowledge of it's store associates!

The flooring specialist Ricardo Ferradas was an excellent salesperson. I would definitely recommend him if you need to purchase shades, blinds, blackouts. He was very helpful on my final decision and knowledgeable.

I love to buy plants at HOme Depot, but they really should be better identified. Sometimes you have to actually damage a leaf to get to the tiny identification of the type of plant.

I was able to find the lighting fixture I needed online. Because this store is located right next to Palmetto highway, getting in, out and on my way was a snap. I stopped to look at some new tile selections that they have....beautiful options. Will be back when I can make up my mind!

Always very kind and helpful associates . Good customer service, except sometimes store has a lack of personnel and sometimes you don't find one close by to help, except when you requested, and waiting iis not long to find a helpful and skill oriented personnel.

Its not to bad but some products can be out of stock and takes a long time to get them filled. employees sometimes pull a disappearing act but its Home Depot . There are also not many employees on the floor and some are not very knowledge but since most get paid slightly above minimum wage what can you expect .Overall its not a bad place to shop its clean there are many products to choose from and the quality is good.
