When we finally found someone to help, a few were so lazy they just told us which aisle to find the item on....also, they seemed to be bothered when we asked questions. We had to wait at least 20 min to get someone to come assist us in the Lumber Dept. to get pieces of wood cut, there was nobody around and we had to go to the customer service area to request someone to come help us. It took so long and we were tired of being in the store for 2 1/2 hours already. If you can avoid this store, especially if you do not speak english go to another store!!!!

Had been to several appliance stores shopping around for appliances for my new/remodeled kitchen. Martha Fernandez, my sales associate, made the difference, very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to reach with so many questions I had. Congratulations Home Depot for having such a wonderful employee!

Hard to find someone in their respective isle to ask questions to. In this particular visit, I could not find anyone in the electrical isles that could help. I had to wait approx. 20 minutes for someone to show up.

I love the variety of plants . The cactus are BEAUTIFUL N STRONG.

It is difficult to find some help, generally you need to wait a lot on the line for the appropriate associate. Does not matter if the store is well organize or not. It is a big store and costumer always need help from someone who knows.

Mike Miehl is pretty much the only reason I go to this Home Depot. He demonstrates the kind of customer service that everyone deserves. The first few times I came to this location NO ONE would help me. It was very frustrating everyone would say "Sorry, I do not work in that area". I was glad to meet Mike on one of my visits he is now my "go-to guy" who is always happy to help with any needs even if it is not with kitchen or bath. And he also speaks fluent English (and Spanish) which is great for me. Visit Mike you won't be sorry.
