I purchased kitchen cabinets in bulk and also paid a delivery fee to have them by a certain date. Not only were they not delivered on the date but was put off twice after I went to the original store where I purchased from, to have them tell me thst my cabinets would be coming from another store. Then the manger from thst store put me two more days out for a delivery. Still didn't receive my full order and had to go back to the original store and try to get the other items delivered. Still didn't get some things and had to repurchase the items. I spoke with a manager and she assured me that the matter would get cleared up and that I would be compensated for my delivery fees and issues. I have not heard back from anyone. Very disappointed with my experience with Home Depot.

I purchased new flooring and although there were a few problems Home Depot was very quick to find an answer for the problem. And took time to make sure I received quick updates.

Very helpful in the garden department. The team member helped put heavy bags of potting soil on the cart, found an item, and placed big plants on the cart. I appreciate them putting the items in the car.

Great service. Well stocked and easy access

No one helped me load some heavy items in my cart or car, even though 3 HD person were just standing around jawjacking.

The service desk employee was very helpful with my special order. I went to the area that sells doors to get a visual and the older gentleman there was also very helpful. I would definitely return to this location for my home improvement needs.

We bought 3 toilets that HD would install so were directed to the Pro desk to complete purchase. The Pro desk employee could not figure out how to add installation into our purchase so a more senior Pro desk employee was called and we waited for to arrive. Once that more senior person arrived they could not figure out how to complete purchase either. So we waited for another employee to finally complete purchase.

Don’t judge a book by its cover! I may be Spanish looking, but I’m American, a 30 year military Veteran. Since does an employee voluntarily grab my bag from the checkout counter, look in it, then walk away.

the store needs more skilled craftsman to explain to customers how tools operate, answer technical questions etc. You have some employees that see you coming and they avoid eye contact and look at the floor.

We just had our kitchen cabinets and countertops remodeled and Paul and Lisa made the project so easy. Great customer service before, during and after. I highly recommend this Home Depot team. Our new kitchen is gorgeous, and we couldn't be happier!

I alway like what I buy there

I had a good experience with my purchase at Home Depot today. Had great help finding what I needed and left a happy customer.

The staff in the gardening dept. were unfriendly and not helpful in response to request regarding inventory. The department itself was well organized. The purchases made there had evidence the plants were not attended with care.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible. No knowledge, no employees, those that are there don’t care about you (customer), and if you find one, they don’t know anything. If they call someone for you, best of luck. And management.. oh oh WOW. No care for the customer AT ALL. DONT SHOP HERE EVER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING ANY HOME DEPOT ANYWHERE.

Excellent service and friendly employes

Steer clear of Rodney in the hardware department at the Fleming Island store. I’m not sure he can read.

We were in the area and needed some items on our list and stopped in at our local Home Depot and were able to accomplish what we needed.

I love this store. They have excellent customer service and they care about the customers every need. They ensure that they sell the entire project so I don't have to come back. They also care about taking care of the customers needs as a gentlemen let me know that I should not put a certain type of fertilizer on my grass at this time of the year or my grass would burn up. I appreciated this because he cared about me rather than selling me something that would cause harm

Employee Izzy made service went above and beyond! He made sure that he was available to help us in any way he could. He answered any questions or concerns that we had and made sure that our checkout process was easy and enjoyable.

Bought a dishwasher - the salesperson told me military discount wasn't available due to special buy which is fine - but also sold me a cord kit when I didn't need it and then told me the delivery charge applied even if I had the dishwasher delivered to the store (which I find hard to believe, and, if true, is ridiculous). I had no issues whatsoever with the delivery (which was on time), or the installation (I did it myself, but the delivery driver offered to install the unit for free). The experience felt a little like buying a used car with the add-ons they try to sell you (we passed on the $300+ three year warranty for an $850 dishwasher) - have shopped (and will continue to shop) at Home Depot for years, just won't go to this store or deal with this salesperson again.

We ordered very expensive appliances, several thousand dollars worth. Delivery was an hour and 10 minutes late, many excuses, all contradicting each other were given, the final straw was “the truck was not loaded with the right stuff we need for installation.” We were given the option of rescheduling (wasting another day of our time, taking off work again), a refund, or sucking it up. Customer service was a JOKE both via phone and the text alleged “help” line. Wasted about 1.5 hours with them to no avail. It was very stressful, I have zero trust that this was even done right at this point and am paying other people to come in and make sure that this was done correctly as I don’t trust anything about this whole experience. Please note, we have bought from many other places before, and never had a problem. We will not be purchasing or shopping at Home Depot again, nor will any of our affiliates. Also please note, no remorse or sufficient explanation was offered for the incompetent, unprofessional, and unacceptable experience we had. In addition, everyone we talked or texted with refused to provide the name and number of a supervisor or even an address we could write a complaint letter or email to.

Looking for a good pedestal fan. Found exactly what I was looking for...AND got a great military discount on it!! Always have a great experience at the Fleming Island store!
